Prima dell’apertura della MXGP in Argentina, Mattia Guadagnini si era infortunato dopo una caduta. L’italiano si è fratturato la scapola e ha riportato lesioni ai tessuti molli dell’avambraccio.
Il pilota di Nestaan Husqvarna ha provato a rientrare per il secondo round in Spagna, ma ora è stato confermato che non correrà: la speranza è che possa tornare per il terzo round a Riola Sardo in Italia sulla bella isola della Sardegna.
“Abbiamo fatto del nostro meglio, ma al momento non è abbastanza. Per me è dura accettarlo ma continueremo a lavorare per il prossimo”, ha dichiarato Mattia Guadagnini.
“Mattia Guadagnini salterà il MXGP di Spagna. L’italiano resta concentrato sul recupero completo prima del suo ritorno alle corse. Guarisci presto, Mattia”, ha rivelato Husqvarna.

Guadagnini to sit out GP Spanish MXGP
Before the MXGP opener at Argentina, Mattia Guadagnini picked up an injury after a crash. The Italian fractured his shoulder blade, and soft tissue injuries to his lower arm.
The Nestaan Husqvarna rider tried to make it back for round two in Madrid but it has now been confirmed he won’t race – the hope is he can return for round three at Riola.
“We tried our best, but it is not good enough at the moment. It is hard for me to accept but we will keep working for the next one”, Guadagnini stated.
