Oltre agli esclusivi Accessori Tecnici montati di serie, tra i quali spiccano le ruote e le piastre forcella Factory Racing, il silenziatore FMF Racing Factory 4.1 e le grafiche Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing, entrambe le versioni presentano significativi aggiornamenti al telaio e montano di serie la Connectivity Unit Offroad.

Aggiornamenti telaio

Le nuove Rockstar Edition 2024 sono state aggiornate con nuovi attacchi del motore al telaio, che ne migliorano le caratteristiche di flessibilità e ne riducono il peso complessivo, pur mantenendo le caratteristiche di stabilità a un livello ineguagliabile.

Inoltre, il punto di fissaggio superiore del monoammortizzatore è stato aggiornato con la rimozione di parte del materiale con il quale è realizzato, mentre nella parte anteriore del telaio è stato ridotto lo spessore di alcune sezioni per aumentarne la flessibilità.

Gli effetti di queste modifiche, testate a lungo durante la scorsa stagione dai campioni del Team MX2 NESTAAN Husqvarna Factory Racing, hanno portano a un miglioramento della flessibilità e una riduzione del peso del telaio di circa 300 g. Questo, insieme a una geometria della sospensione posteriore aggiornata, si traduce in un miglior comportamento della moto in ingresso curva, facilmente percepibile dagli amatori come dai professionisti.

Connectivity Unit Offroad

Fissata al fodero destro della forcella WP XACT AER da 48 mm e gestita dall’applicazione Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles, la CUO consente di attivare, personalizzare e salvare facilmente le mappe motore presenti all’interno della sezione “ENGINE”, così da variare la risposta del gas a seconda del terreno sul quale si guida (sabbia, fango, terreno duro, ecc.). I piloti possono inoltre intervenire sul freno motore, sul Launch e sul Traction Control, nonché sulla sensibilità del Quickshifter, per un’esperienza di guida davvero immersiva.

Oltre a offrire diverse impostazioni delle mappe motore, l’app include consigli per il setup delle sospensioni, così da garantire ai piloti il miglior assetto su ogni tipo di circuito.

Inoltre, il sensore GPS annegato nel parafango anteriore registra ogni sessione in pista e consente di analizzare le proprie prestazioni con la funzione RIDER, sempre presente all’interno dell’app Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles e gestita da LITPro. Questa funzione è un plus per chi è a caccia delle linee più veloci e per tutti i piloti che vogliono abbassare il loro tempo sul giro.

2024 FC 250 AND FC 450 ROCKSTAR EDITION MODELS TAKE CUSTOMISATION AND PERFORMANCE TO AN EXCITING NEW LEVEL

For 2024, the FC 250 Rockstar Edition re-joins the long-established FC 450 Rockstar Edition in the Husqvarna Motorcycles line-up. In addition to new frames and revised suspension settings, both machines continue to be expertly assembled with a comprehensive list of race-tested Technical Accessories. Factory Racing wheels and triple clamps, together with an FMF Racing Factory 4.1 silencer are found on each model with the latest Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing graphics completing the builds.

 

Unique to the Rockstar Edition models are the headlining components found on each machine – the new Connectivity Unit Offroad (CUO), which is fitted to the fork leg behind the front number plate, and the front-fender-mounted GPS sensor. Once the CUO is paired with the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app on a rider’s smartphone, and with the ENGINE feature on the app open, a choice of pre-set engine maps, based on pre-defined track conditions, can be easily activated, customised, and saved. Riders can also refine the engine braking, the Launch and Traction Control settings, as well as the sensitivity of the Quickshifter for a truly personalised riding experience.

 

As well as offering the ability to create multiple engine map settings, the app includes suspension set-up recommendations to ensure riders compete with the best set-up on every type of circuit. Additionally, the GPS sensor records every on-track session and allows riders to analyse their performance within the RIDER feature, which is powered by LITPro, inside the Ride Husqvarna Motorcycles app. This is particularly beneficial for riders looking to find the fastest lines on a racetrack in order to reduce their lap times.

 

Accompanying the release of the 2024 Rockstar Edition models is a competition-focused selection of functional clothing. Providing comfort, style, and safety, the range ensures riders of all abilities are fully prepared and protected for every ride.
