LUCAS COENEN SI IMPEGNA CON IL NESTAAN HUSQVARNA FACTORY RACING TEAM

COENEN FIRMA UN LUNGO PROLUNGO PER CORRERE A BORDO DELLA FC 250.

Lucas Coenen ha prolungato il suo contratto con Husqvarna Factory Racing e continuerà a correre nella classe MX2 nei prossimi anni: questo accordo pluriennale conferma il suo impegno con il Pierer Mobility Group e il suo tentativo di diventare il prossimo campione del mondo del Belgio.

Coenen ha fatto irruzione nel Campionato mondiale FIM Motocross all’inizio di quest’anno e ha impressionato gli esperti con il suo ritmo sfrenato. Il ’96’ ha condotto novantuno giri, ha vinto cinque manche e ha ottenuto una sola vittoria in un Gran Premio. Quinto è stato il suo piazzamento finale nella classifica del campionato: un risultato brillante per un debuttante che ha confermato il fatto che sarà un contendente al titolo per gli anni a venire.

Il team Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing schiererà Kay de Wolf e Lucas Coenen nella classe MX2 nel Campionato mondiale FIM Motocross 2024, che inizierà il 10 marzo. Mattia Guadagnini rappresenterà la squadra nella divisione MXGP a bordo di una FC 450.

Il nostro primo anno insieme è stato molto positivo: abbiamo una base su cui costruire nel 2024 e questo sarà molto importante. Grazie a tutti per il loro supporto. Lucas Coenen has extended his contract with Husqvarna Factory Racing and will continue to race in the MX2 class in the coming years – this multi-year deal confirms his commitment to the Pierer Mobility Group and his bid to become Belgium’s next world champion.
 
Coenen burst into the FIM Motocross World Championship at the start of this year and impressed pundits with his raw pace. ’96’ led ninety-one laps, won five motos and had a single Grand Prix victory. Fifth was his final ranking in the championship standings – a brilliant result for a rookie who confirmed the fact that he will be a title contender for years to come.
 
The Nestaan Husqvarna Factory Racing team will field Kay de Wolf and Lucas Coenen in the MX2 class in the 2024 FIM Motocross World Championship, which starts on March 10. Mattia Guadagnini will represent the squad in the MXGP division aboard an FC 450.
