2023 MXGP Calendar Update!!!
MONACO (Principato di Monaco) 13 gennaio 2023 – Infront Moto Racing è lieta di annunciare l’aggiornamento del calendario MXGP 2023.
Il secondo round della stagione 2023 si svolgerà a Riola Sardo mentre il GP della Sardegna si svolgerà il 25 e 26 marzo. Nel 2023 la sede ospiterà la terza gara MXGP della sua storia. La prima volta che la Sardegna è apparsa in calendario è stata nel 2021 mentre nel 2022 Calvin Vlaanderen ha conquistato la vittoria in MXGP mentre in MX2 la gara ha visto una battaglia serrata con Tom Vialle che ha vinto davanti a Jago Geerts.
Il terzo evento della stagione 2023 vede il ritorno della Svizzera mentre Frauenfeld si prepara a dare il benvenuto al MXGP della Svizzera dal 2018, ma questa volta il circuito sarà completamente nuovo di zecca, creando un’ulteriore sfida per i piloti.
L’ultima volta che MXGP ha messo piede a Frauenfeld, Jeffrey Herlings e Jorge Prado hanno conquistato rispettivamente la vittoria in MXGP e MX2, ciascuno sulla buona strada per vincere il Campionato del Mondo 2018.
Dopo essere stata nel calendario MXGP dalla sua prima apparizione nel 2016 fino al 2018, la popolare sede svizzera sta tornando, per la gioia di eroi locali come Jeremy Seewer, Vice Campione MXGP Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Racing, così come Valentin Guillod e Kevin Brumann.
Essendo il GP fissato nel weekend di Pasqua, il programma del sabato rimane invariato mentre quello della domenica viene spostato al lunedì, lasciando come giorno di pausa la domenica di Pasqua.
Un ulteriore aggiornamento del calendario riguarda l’MXGP di Finlandia, che ora è confermato il 30 luglio e tornerà a Hyvinkaa per il secondo anno consecutivo dopo il successo della rimonta del 2022 dove Glenn Coldenhoff e Tom Vialle hanno vinto rispettivamente in MXGP e MX2 .
Inoltre, il Monster Energy MXGP delle Fiandre ospiterà le classi di supporto dell’EMX125 Presentato da FMF Racing e il round unico dell’EMX Open, mentre l’MXGP dei Paesi Bassi ospiterà le classi di supporto dell’EMX250 e del WMX.

The second round of the 2023 season will be held in Riola Sardo as the MXGP of Sardegna will take place on March the 25th and 26th. In 2023 the venue will be hosting the third MXGP race in its history. The first time Sardinia appeared in the calendar was in 2021 while in 2022 Calvin Vlaanderen clinched the victory in MXGP as in MX2 the race saw a tight battle with Tom Vialle winning in front of Jago Geerts.
The third event of the 2023 season sees the return of Switzerland as Frauenfeld gets ready to welcome back the MXGP of Switzerland since 2018 but this time the circuit will be completely brand new, creating an added challenge for the riders.
The last time MXGP set foot in Frauenfeld Jeffrey Herlings and Jorge Prado clinched the win in MXGP and MX2 respectively, each on their way to winning their 2018 World Championship.
After being in the MXGP calendar from its first appearance in 2016 until 2018, the popular Swiss venue is making a comeback, to the delight of local heroes such as MXGP Vice Champion Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Racing’s Jeremy Seewer, as well as Valentin Guillod and Kevin Brumann.
Being the GP set the Easter weekend, the Saturday program remains unchanged while the Sunday program is shifted to Monday, leaving the Easter Sunday as a day’s break.
Further update to the calendar features the MXGP of Finland, which is now confirmed on July the 30th and will return to Hyvinkaa for the second year in a row after the success of the 2022 comeback where Glenn Coldenhoff and Tom Vialle won in MXGP and MX2 respectively.
Moreover the Monster Energy MXGP of Flanders will host the supporting classes of EMX125 Presented by FMF Racing and the unique round of the EMX Open while the MXGP of The Netherlands will be hosting the supporting classes of the EMX250 and the WMX.
