Queensland, Australia (6 aprile 2022) – SX Global ha annunciato oggi due nomine esecutive strategiche che svolgeranno un ruolo fondamentale nei suoi sforzi di sviluppo in corso per il Campionato mondiale di Supercross FIM. Stephen Rogers, ex Thrill One Sports & Entertainment, è stato nominato Chief Operating Officer e Nathan Prendergast, uno dei produttori di trasmissioni di intrattenimento e sport motoristici dal vivo più esperti d’Australia, ricoprirà il ruolo di Head of Television & Broadcast.
I due veterani degli sport motoristici e dell’intrattenimento portano un’esperienza combinata di oltre 30 anni nell’esecuzione di eventi globali di primo piano negli sport motoristici; tra cui supercross, rallycross, motocross freestyle, corse su strada e gare di resistenza, tra gli altri. Espandendo il suo team dirigenziale senior, che attualmente include il visionario di V8 Supercars, Tony Cochrane, insieme ai veterani del supercross Ryan Sanderson e Adam Bailey, SX Global sta mettendo in atto una leadership fondamentale per garantire il lancio di successo e lo sviluppo continuo del Campionato del mondo FIM Supercross Serie.

Rogers, Chief Operating Officer di SX Global, ha iniziato la sua carriera come avvocato commerciale lavorando presso alcuni dei migliori studi legali di Londra, prima di assumere il ruolo di consulente interno per la potenza degli sport d’azione, Nitro Circus, nel 2012. È rapidamente salito a Head of Operations and Business Affairs, in cui la sua esperienza legale e operativa ha svolto un ruolo fondamentale nell’attività Touring globale di grande successo di Nitro Circus e nella sua continua espansione e diversificazione poiché hanno rivoluzionato le principali competizioni di sport d’azione con la creazione di Nitro World Games e il lancio della loro nuova serie di gare di rallycross, Nitro Rallycross.

Il FIM Supercross World Championship si svolgerà ogni anno nella seconda metà dell’anno, inclusi cinque eventi nel 2022, da settembre a novembre. Il 2022 fungerà da stagione “pilota”, consentendo alla serie di stabilire se stesso e creare slancio. Il 2023 e gli anni successivi vedranno la serie espandersi ogni anno tra giugno e novembre.

Queensland, Australia (April 6, 2022) – SX Global today announced two strategic executive appointments that will play critical roles in its ongoing development efforts for the FIM World Supercross Championship. Stephen Rogers, formerly of Thrill One Sports & Entertainment, has been named Chief Operating Officer and Nathan Prendergast, one of Australia’s most-experienced live motorsports and entertainment broadcast producers, will serve as Head of Television & Broadcast. The two motorsports and entertainment veterans bring a combined 30-plus years of experience in executing premier global events in motorsports; including supercross, rallycross, freestyle motocross, road racing and drag racing, among others. Expanding its senior leadership team, which currently includes V8 Supercars visionary, Tony Cochrane, along with supercross veterans Ryan Sanderson and Adam Bailey, SX Global is putting critical leadership in place to assure the successful roll-out and ongoing development of the FIM Supercross World Championship Series. “In order to build a successful global world championship series, it’s imperative that we have the experience of those who have been there and done it before, and that’s exactly what we have with Steve and Nathan,” said Tony Cochrane, president of SX Global. “Steve brings incredible operational experience and legal expertise in the development, management and licensing of global sports and entertainment entities, and there’s no one on the planet that carries more experience in leading world-class motorsports broadcasts than Nathan.
