ROUND#2 – OTTOBIANO (PV) – 3 FEBBRAIO – RECORD DI ISCRITTI E ANCORA DIRETTA WEB FREE
Si è chiuso da pochi giorni il primo appuntamento stagionale con il motocross internazionale a Riola Sardo (OR), con il primo round degli Internazionali d’Italia EICMA SERIES andato in scena sulla temuta pista sabbiosa le “Dune” del Motoclub Motor Shool. I verdetti delle prime gare hanno confermato i valori in pista e sulla sabbia sarda lo spettacolo non è mancato. Lo sanno bene gli oltre 175.000 spettatori che si sono connessi al sito www.offroadproracing.it per seguire la diretta streaming delle quattro gare trasmesse, assistendo alla doppietta del Campione in carica della MX1 e della Supercampione Tony Cairoli (KTM Red Bull Factory Racing), che si è portato a casa la vittoria in entrambe le classi, confermando così di essere l’uomo da battere anche in questo 2019. Ottime anche le performance ed i risultati ottenuti da Romain Febvre (Monster Energy Yamaha Factory) e Tim Gajser (Honda HRC), secondo e terzo in MX1. Grande spettacolo anche in MX2, dove Mattia Guadagnini (Madii Racing), che ha conquistato un incredibile terzo di gara, dopo aver condotto per sei giri, sarà chiamato a confermare il terzo posto finale conquistato alle spalle del Campione del Mondo Jorge Prado (KTM Red Bull Factory Racing) primo, e del giovane talento danese, esordiente in sella alla 250 del team Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory, Mikkel Haarup.
Ad Ottobiano domenica ci saranno tutti i top rider già presenti in Sardegna, ai quali si uniranno due nomi noti come quelli di Max Nagl (TM) e Arnaud Tonus (Monster Energy Wilvo MXGP), portando il numero degli iscritti a toccare quota 242! Spettacolo imperdibile quindi sul tracciato dal fondo sabbioso che garantisce il regolare svolgimento delle gare anche in caso di eventuali precipitazioni e atmosfera come sempre magica in quello che sta diventando uno dei templi del Motocross iridato. In MX1 oltre a Cairoli, Gajser, Febvre e Paulin (Monster Energy Wilvo MXGP), ci saranno anche Arminas Jasikonis (Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory), che ha confermato la sua presenza sui social dopo la caduta riportata in Sardegna, e i nostri azzurri Ivo Monticelli (KTM Standing Construct), Alessandro Lupino (Gebben Van Venrooy Kawasaki) e Samuele Bernardini (Yamaha Ghidinelli). Tanta attesa anche per i piloti ufficiali e supportati Honda, Calvin Vlaanderen (Honda HRC), Mitchel Evans (Honda 114 Motorsport), Zachary Pichon (Honda 114 Motorsport) e Chichiro Notsuka (Honda 114 Motorsport), per quelli Yamaha, capitanati da Ben Watson(Kemea Yamaha Racing), Jago Geerts (Kemea Yamaha Racing), Michele Cervellin (SM Action Yamaha), Maxime Renaux (SM Action Yamaha), Caleb Grothues (SDM Corse Yamaha). In 125 Andrea Bonacorsi (KTM Celestini Junior) sarà chiamato per la prima volta a difendere la tabella rossa di leader della classe, conquistata domenica a Riola. Il quindicenne bergamasco troverà ad Ottobiano un terreno ideale per esprimere al meglio le sue caratteristiche tecniche e potrà continuare a confrontarsi alla pari con i migliori piloti europei della categoria, tra i quali i francesi Florient Miot (Yamaha MJC) e Bogdan Krajewski (KTM), saliti sul podio sardo rispettivamente sul secondo e sul terzo gradino del podio, oltre ai nostri Raffaele Giuzio (MCV Motorsport KTM), Pietro Razzini (Yamaha Fiamme Oro), Alessandro Facca (Marchetti KTM) e Mirko Valsecchi (KTM Celestini Junior), già protagonisti del primo round.

The first round of the Internazionali d’Italia EICMA Series at Riola Sardo has just ended a few days ago, on the tricky and sandy track the “Dune” of the Motoclub Motor School.
