We’ve always said you can’t count out riders like Chad Reed and James Stewart, but this off-season has not been kind to the veteran stars. Reed’s team announcement is coming late, and Stewart’s return to racing this off-season has been littered with injuries. Plus, yet another rookie crop is entering the class, with Marvin Musquin, Justin Bogle and (finally!) Christophe Pourcel entering 450SX full-time. Lots of talent has entered the ranks since Reed and Stew first squared off, and this year both will be in the over-30 club. Does it matter? Will they win anyway? And how will the new guys do?
