Ken de Dycker: aggiornamento infortunio!
Brutte notizie anche per Ken de Dycker dopo la caduta di ieri e la risonanza magnetica effettuata oggi, il referto parla di una doppia frattura alla spalla destra ed il pilota dovrà essere operato.
L’operazione è prevista per domani e solo dopo averla eseguita il dottore si esprimerà su quelli che saranno i tempi di recupero necessari.

Il tracciato tedesco duro e veloce, molto instabile e molto a chiazza di petrolio in alcune parti in questo weekend, ha causato ad un certo numero di piloti delle cadute, compreso nella prima manche MXGP, al compagno di squadra di Cairoli, Ken de Dycker del Belgio. De Dycker ha tentato di guidare la seconda manche, ma è tornato ai box alla fine del rettilineo di partenza, non era in grado di continuare.
Oggi Ken è andato in ospedale UZ Leuven per vedere ciò che il danno è stato dalla sua caduta nella prima manche al GP di Germania ieri. I risultati delle analisi di risonanza magnetica non erano buoni come primo pensiero. Sembra che Ken abbia rotto la sua spalla destra in due punti. Avrà un intervento chirurgico domani. Dopo l’intervento chirurgico i medici saranno in grado di dire quanto tempo Ken sarà fuori. Ken vuole ringraziare la sua squadra, la famiglia, gli sponsor e tifosi per il supporto. Vorremmo augurargli una pronta guarigione!

The German hard pack track was fast, choppy and very slick in parts this weekend and a number of leading riders crashed, including in the first MXGP moto, Cairoli’s teammate Ken de Dycker of Belgium. De Dycker attempted to ride the second moto but returned to the pits at the end of the start straight, unable to continue.
Today Ken went to the UZ Leuven hospital to see what the damage was from his crash in the first moto at the GP of Germany yesterday. The results from the MRI scan were not as good as first thought. It appears that Ken broke his right shoulder in two places. He will have surgery tomorrow. After the surgery the doctors can tell how long Ken will be out. Ken would like to thank his team, family, sponsors and fans for the support. We would like to wish him a quick recovery!
