Successful surgery for Gautier Paulin
Torna nella sua nativa Sud della Francia dopo il suo incidente durante il GP dei Paesi Bassi , Gautier Paulin ha subito un intervento chirurgico di successo e ora iniziare la sua rieducazione prima di tornare di corsa .
Infortunio ad una clavicola dopo la caduta all’inizio della seconda manche Domenica scorsa a Valkenswaard , il pilota Monster Kawasaki Racing Team oltre che un pollice rotto quando un altro pilota lo ha colpito mentre era ancora a terra . Visitando diversi specialisti francesi , al fine di prendere la decisione migliore , Gautier Paulin ha subito un intervento chirurgico ed è ora a riposo per diversi giorni prima che possa allenarsi di nuovo . Non c’è ancora nessun piano per il suo ritorno alle gare , come confermato dal team manager François Lemariey .
“Non abbiamo mai messo alcuna pressione sui nostri piloti infortunati nel dover tornare a correre il più presto possibile , e Gautier tornerà quando si sentirà pronto . Di sicuro è difficile per lui e per noi accettare la situazione attuale , come ha dimostrato con quattro manche conquistate che era un serio contendente per il titolo mondiale . Noi continueremo a lavorare sodo , come sempre , in modo da dare a Gautier il materiale migliore quando tornerà . Steven Frossard che ora ha recuperato dal suo incidente in Italia , ha fatto una buona prestazione in Olanda , sarà il nostro rappresentante unico questo fine settimana in Spagna . “

Back in his native South of France after his crash during the GP of the Netherlands, Gautier Paulin underwent successful surgery and will now start his re-education before coming back racing.
Suffering a broken collarbone after his crash at the beginning of the second heat last Sunday in Valkenswaard, the Monster Kawasaki Racing Team rider also suffers from a broken thumb when another rider hit him while he was still on the ground. Visiting several French specialists in order to take the best decision, Gautier Paulin underwent surgery and has now to rest for several days before he could train again. There’s no plan yet for his racing come back, as confirmed team manager François Lemariey. “ We never put any pressure on our injured riders to be back racing as soon as possible, and Gautier will be back when he will feel ready. For sure it’s hard for him and for us to accept the current situation, as he proved with four heats wins that he was a serious contender for the World title. We will continue to work hard, as always, so Gautier will have the best material when he will be back. Steven Frossard who now recovered from his crash in Italy, and did a strong performance in the Netherlands, will be our single representative this weekend in Spain.”
