Motocross – Regole per il 2014

La commissione Motocross Grand Prix , composta dai signori Wolfgang Srb , direttore del CMS / FIM , Giuseppe Luongo , Presidente di Youthstream e Takanao Tsubouchi , Associazione Motorcycle Sport Manufacturers ‘ ( MSMA ) Segretario Generale , si sono incontrati a Chavannes – de – Bogis ( Svizzera ) il 31 ottobre .

La Commissione Motocross Grand Prix ha adottato all’unanimità le seguenti modifiche ai regolamenti 2014 :

FIM Norme per Circuiti Motocross

047.3.8 Bordo Pista
Bordi pista devono, ove possibile , avere una larghezza minima di circa 10 m tra loro. I tracciati devono essere separati e protetti da uno dei seguenti : recinto di legno , recinzione in plastica , balle di paglia e / o materiale pubblicitario . Particolare attenzione deve essere focalizzata su aree contigue in modo che nessun vantaggio sleale può essere acquisito da qualsiasi pilota tagliandoli fuori.

047,4 delimitazione Track e limiti
Nella FIM MXGP/MX2 , WMX donne , Junior e Sidecar Motocross Campionato del Mondo, il FIM Motocross delle Nazioni e il Veteran FIM Motocross World Cup , la corsia dovrebbe essere definita dalla seguente:
a) i segna corsia
I marcatori della corsia definiscono i bordi della pista e possono essere realizzati in plastica segnando il bordo, balle di paglia , sponde di terra o materiale pubblicitario flessibile , ecc
I piloti devono rimanere all’interno del tracciato originale segnato in ogni momento.
b) Zona neutra
La zona neutra è l’area tra il lato della pista esterno segnato dal bordo del tracciato e l’inizio della zona neutra ( limite esterno zona neutra ) . La zona neutra può variare in larghezza , ma, ove possibile , deve essere di circa un metro di larghezza . Ove possibile , questa zona dovrebbe essere un cumulo di terra , continuo o intermittente alta circa 50 cm .
c ) i segna pista
L’esterno della pista può essere contrassegnata dai marcatori del tracciato , balle di paglia , blocchi di gommapiuma, sponde di terra , banner pubblicitari e / o recinzioni flessibile .
d ) le barriere di controllo spettatori
Le barriere di controllo spettatori possono essere di varia costruzione , preferibilmente recinzioni e dovrebbero essere di forza sufficiente per controllare gli spettatori e non limitare la loro visione . Queste barriere dovrebbero, ove possibile , essere alte circa 2 metri e un minimo di circa 5 metri dal bordo della pista ( limite esterno della zona neutra ) , la creazione di una zona libera per il personale ufficiale. Tali barriere saranno utilizzate anche per creare zone spettatori.

047.5.2 Zona Partenza

3rd: Paragrafo eliminato
Il rettilineo di partenza può essere utilizzato solo per l’inizio delle gare e non deve essere incrociato o utilizzato come parte del tracciato tranne che alla fine del giro .

2.10 Rider comportamento e assistenza
18 . I piloti devono utilizzare solo la pista segnata . Tuttavia , se accidentalmente lasciano la pista , possono continuare a velocità notevolmente ridotta fino a quando potranno rientrare in pista in tutta sicurezza . Essi devono rientrare , senza guadagnare un vantaggio, nel punto più vicino a dove hanno lasciato la pista .

FIM Motocross delle Nazioni
Dove ci sono più di 36 paesi presenti ( = da 37 paesi in poi) una finale C sarà aggiunta . La squadra vincente della Finale C si sposterà fino alla Finale B. Il numero massimo di squadre partecipanti alla Finale C è di 13 .

2014 Motocross-SuperMoto Grand Prix Changes
FUNCHAL (Portugal), 28 November 2013 – The Motocross/SuperMoto Grand Prix Commission, composed of Mr Giuseppe Luongo, President of Youthstream, Dr Wolfgang Srb, Director of the CMS/FIM, and Takanao Tsubouchi, Motorcycle Sport Manufacturers’ Association (MSMA) Secretary General, met in Chavannes-de-Bogis (Switzerland) on 31 October.The Motocross/SuperMoto Grand Prix Commission unanimously adopted the following changes to the 2014 Regulations:FIM Standards for Motocross Circuits
047.3.8 Contiguous tracks
Contiguous tracks should, where possible, have a minimum width of approximately 10 m between them.Contiguous tracks must be separated and protected by any of the following: wood fence, plastic fence, straw bales and/or advertising material.

Special attention must be focused on contiguous areas so that no unfair advantage can be gained by any rider cutting them out.

047.4 Track marking and fencing
In the FIM MXGP/MX2, the Women’s, Junior and Sidecar Motocross World Championships, the FIM Motocross of Nations and the FIM Veteran Motocross World Cup, the course should be defined by the following:

a) Course markers
The course markers define the side of the track and may be manufactured plastic course markers, straw bales, earth banking or flexible advertising material, etc.
Riders must stay inside the original marked course all the time.

b) Neutral zone
The neutral zone is the area between the side of the track marked by course markers and the track marking (neutral zone outer limit). The neutral zone may vary in width but, where possible, should be approximately one meter wide. Wherever possible, this zone should be an earth banking, continuous or intermittent and approximately 50 cm high.

c) Track marking
The exterior of the track may be marked by course markers, straw bales, foam rubber blocks, earth banking, advertisement banners and/or flexible fencing.

d) Spectator control barriers
The spectator control barriers may be of varied types of construction, preferably chain-link fence and should be of sufficient strength to control spectators and not restrict their vision. These barriers should, where possible, be approximately 2 meters high and a minimum of approximately 5 meters from the track marking (neutral zone outer limit), creating a free area for official personnel. These barriers will also be used to create spectator zones.

047.5.2 Starting straight

The starting straight may only be used for the start and must not be crossed or used as part of the course except at the end of the lap.

2.10 Rider behaviour and assistance
18. Riders must use only the marked track. However, if they accidentally leave the track, they may continue at a greatly reduced speed until they can re-enter the track safely. They must re-enter, without gaining an advantage, at the closest point to where they left the track.

FIM Motocross of Nations
Where there are more than 36 countries present (= from 37 countries onwards) a C-Final will be added. The team winning the C-Final will move up to the B-Final. The maximum number of teams participating in the C-Final is 13.
