Non c’è voluto molto perché il 9 volte campione del mondo lasciasse il segno, holeshotting alla terza gara dell’anno e finendo attaccato agli uomini più veloci della serie. Ma non è stato solo l’italiano a dare spettacolo, poiché Eli e Sexton hanno iniziato quella che sarebbe diventata una leggendaria battaglia di 12 gare per la tabella rossa e Jason Anderson ha inseguito la sua prima assoluta all’aperto in entrambe le classi nel suo 12esimo anno da professionista. Con Cairoli che prenderà parte alla nascita della nuova Ducati Desmo 450 che dovrebbe correre già nel 2026, forse è possibile vedere di nuovo il vincitore di 94 GP’s negli Stati Uniti in qualche modo.

It didn’t take long for the 9-time World champion to make his mark, holeshotting the third race of the year and finishing on the heels of the fastest men in the series. But it wasn’t just Italian that put on a show, as Eli and Sexton started what would become a legendary 12-race battle for the red plate and Jason Anderson chased his first ever outdoor overall in either class in his 12th year as a pro. With Cairoli taking a role with the newly unveiled Ducati Desmo 450 that is slated to race as early as 2026, maybe it’s possible we see the 94-time winner in the States again in some capacity.
