Enzo Lopes signs with Star Racing Yamaha
Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing annuncia l’aggiunta di Enzo Lopes al team 250 per la stagione 2024 Monster Energy AMA Supercross. Il popolare pilota brasiliano si unisce a Nate Thrasher, Haiden Deegan, Jordon Smith, Stilez Robertson, Nick Romano e Daxton Bennick per condurre una campagna per i massimi riconoscimenti a bordo della nuovissima YZ2024F 250.
Dopo un ottimo finale della sua carriera amatoriale, Lopes ha fatto il suo debutto da professionista al Pro Motocross Hangtown National nel 2018. Da allora, ha dimostrato forza e ha costantemente finito tra i primi cinque in assoluto nel Supercross. Il 24enne ha ottenuto il miglior risultato in carriera nella classe 250 la scorsa stagione, finendo poco prima del podio con tre quarti posti e un totale di cinque piazzamenti tra i primi cinque per concludere l’anno al quarto posto assoluto nella 250SX West. Lopes cerca di sfruttare il suo slancio in avanti con il team Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing nel 2024 e di lottare in prima linea per una corsa al titolo.

Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing announces the addition of Enzo Lopes to the 250 team for the 2024 Monster Energy AMA Supercross season. The popular Brazilian rider joins Nate Thrasher, Haiden Deegan, Jordon Smith, Stilez Robertson, Nick Romano, and Daxton Bennick to campaign for top honors aboard the all-new 2024 YZ250F.
After a strong finish to his amateur career, Lopes made his pro debut at the Pro Motocross Hangtown National in 2018. Since then, he’s shown strength and has consistently finished in the top five overall in Supercross. The 24-year-old earned a career-best result in the 250 class last season, finishing just shy of the podium with three fourth-place finishes and a total of five top-five finishes to end the year fourth overall in the 250SX West Championship. Lopes looks to build on his forward momentum with the Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing team in 2024 and to fight up front for a run at the title.
