MONACO (Principato di Monaco) 12 ottobre 2023 – Il Monster Energy FIM Motocross delle Nazioni di Ernée si è rivelato lo sfondo per diversi annunci significativi, tra cui uno dei più notevoli è stato l’annuncio da parte di Infront Moto Racing di un prolungamento del contratto di tre anni per l’iconica pista di Lommel che continuerà ad ospitare l’ MXGP delle Fiandre.

Lommel, situato nel cuore del mondo del motocross e sede di molte squadre, funge da luogo fondamentale e per la maggior parte è simile a un Gran Premio di casa. Considerati gli impressionanti miglioramenti e le innovazioni della pista testimoniati in questa stagione, i prossimi tre anni promettono un futuro luminoso ed emozionante per gli appassionati belgi e di motocross di tutto il mondo.

Il CEO di Infront Moto Racing David Luongo , insieme al direttore FIM/CMS Antonio Alia Portela, sono saliti sul palco per accogliere calorosamente gli organizzatori della MXGP delle Fiandre Johan Boonen, Ann Plas e Jo de Munck , ufficializzando questo entusiasmante annuncio. La garanzia di ospitare un Gran Premio sulla pista di sabbia più impegnativa del mondo dal 2024 al 2026 è davvero un annuncio significativo.

Il CEO di Infront Moto Racing, David Luongo: “Per tutti gli amanti del motocross, Lommel ha una parte speciale nel calendario MXGP. Innanzitutto è nel cuore dell’industria del motocross perché molte squadre hanno sede in città. In secondo luogo, è ormai noto che è la pista di motocross più dura e tecnica del mondo. E quest’anno devo dire che hanno organizzato il miglior Gran Premio della stagione, quindi grazie a tutti gli investimenti e la collaborazione che abbiamo insieme per molti anni, questo GP ha un posto importante nel calendario MXGP. È con grande piacere che abbiamo annunciato oggi l’MXGP delle Fiandre per i prossimi tre anni. È ancora una volta una meravigliosa notizia per il Campionato del mondo MXGP, è un’ottima notizia per il Belgio, che ha una generazione fantastica in arrivo con i piloti che conosciamo molto bene ora come Liam Everts, i fratelli Coenen, Lucas e Sacha e Jago Geerts che sta arrivando fino alla classe MXGP. Ci sono molti anni a venire nel futuro e un grande GP, per dare loro la piattaforma e la scena per correre in mezzo ai tifosi belgi. MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 12 October 2023 – The Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations in Ernée proved to be the backdrop for several significant announcements, with one of the most notable being Infront Moto Racing‘s announcement of a three-year contract extension for the iconic track of Lommel which will continue to host the MXGP of Flanders.

Lommel, situated at the heart of the motocross world and home to many teams, serves as a pivotal venue and similar to a home Grand Prix for most. Given the impressive track enhancements and innovations witnessed this season, the next three years promise a bright and thrilling future for Belgian and motocross fans worldwide.

Infront Moto Racing CEO David Luongo, alongside FIM/CMS Director Antonio Alia Portela took the stage to warmly welcome the MXGP of Flanders Organisers Johan Boonen, Ann Plas, and Jo de Munck, making this exciting announcement official. The guarantee of hosting a Grand Prix on the world’s most challenging sand track from 2024 to 2026 is indeed a significant announcement.

It’s with a great pleasure that we announced today the MXGP of Flanders for the next three years. It’s again a wonderful news for the MXGP World Championship, it’s very good news for Belgium, which has a fantastic generation coming with the riders we know very well now such as Liam Everts, the Coenen brothers, Lucas and Sacha and Jago Geerts who is coming up to the MXGP class.
