La TM moto comunica che nel 2024, dopo sei anni di assenza, tornerà a gareggiare nel Mondiale MX2. Il pilota che porterà in gara la TM MX 250 ES Fi 4T sarà Yago Martinez, spagnolo originario di Vigo, classe 2001.

 

Yago ha iniziato da qualche giorno a prendere confidenza con la moto recandosi alla base del team e proseguirà poi tutta la preparazione invernale per essere pronto per i primi impegni della prossima stagione. Il programma sportivo prevede per lui la partecipazione al Mondiale MX2, agli Internazionali d’Italia MX ed all’Italiano Pro Prestige nella Elite MX2.

Diamo il benvenuto a Yago nella famiglia TM e gli auguriamo un ottimo lavoro.

 

MASSIMILIANO COSTANTINI (responsabile racing TM moto): “Siamo molto contenti di poter tornare a partecipare al mondiale motocross che ci vede assenti dal 2018. Per una piccola casa come la nostra è sicuramente un grande passo. La scelta di Yago è per noi una bella scommessa, crediamo molto nelle potenzialità del ragazzo che ha avuto un periodo sfortunato ma ora sembra piano piano tornare ai suoi livelli abituali. Siamo molto curiosi di vedere a che punto il lavoro di sviluppo svolto in questi anni ha portato la nostra moto rispetto alla concorrenza e Yago ci sembra il profilo giusto per farlo. TM MOTO STEELS DR JACK – YAGO MARTINEZ FOR THE MX2 WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP IN 2024

TM moto announces that in 2024, after six years of absence, he will return to compete in the MX2 World Championship. The driver who will take the TM MX 250 ES Fi 4T to the race will be Yago Martinez, a Spaniard originally from Vigo, born in 2001.

Yago started to become familiar with the bike a few days ago by going to the team base and will then continue all his winter preparation to be ready for the first commitments of next season. The sports program includes participation in the MX2 World Championship, the Italian MX Internationals and the Italian Pro Prestige in the Elite MX2.

For a small company like ours it is certainly a big step. The choice of Yago is a good bet for us, we really believe in the potential of the boy who has had an unlucky period but now seems to be slowly returning to his usual levels. We are very curious to see to what point the development work carried out in recent years has brought our bike compared to the competition and Yago seems like the right profile to do so.
