Un nuovo gruppo guidato da Kyril Louis-Dreyfus, Juan Sartori e il CEO Adam Bailey per aprire la strada al futuro a lungo termine di WSX
SX Global, i promotori del FIM World Supercross Championship (WSX), hanno confermato oggi la vendita della propria attività a un gruppo di investimento guidato dagli investitori sportivi di ruolo Kyril Louis-Dreyfus e Juan Sartori. La coppia si unisce al CEO di SX Global, Adam Bailey, per formare il nuovo gruppo di proprietà e leadership.
Louis-Dreyfus è un uomo d’affari francese di grande successo, che è diventato il più giovane presidente nella storia del calcio inglese quando ha acquistato una partecipazione di controllo nell’ex League One, ora club del campionato, Sunderland A.F.C. nel 2022. Ha anche interessi nella rinomata squadra di calcio francese Olympique de Marsiglia e nell’organizzazione di eSport Ovation.

Sartori è un uomo d’affari uruguaiano di successo, senatore e comproprietario del Sunderland A.F.C. al fianco di Louis-Dreyfus. È il presidente e fondatore di Union-Group, una società di investimento di proprietà privata che detiene interessi significativi in una serie di settori in tutto il mondo. È anche membro del consiglio di amministrazione e vicepresidente della principale squadra di calcio francese, l’AS Monaco FC.

Essendo uno dei fondatori originali di SX Global e dirigente di lunga data del settore del motocross e del supercross, Bailey non vede l’ora di unire le forze con Louis-Dreyfus e Sartori. Ha iniziato la sua carriera come atleta competitivo e appassionato di questo sport prima di fondare numerose attività nella gestione degli atleti, nel marketing sportivo e nella promozione di eventi. Ha anche co-creato il più grande evento di supercross mai realizzato in Australia, l’AUS-X Open.
Ha sottolineato che la WSX rimane salda e si concentra sulla promozione della sostenibilità e della crescita a lungo termine del campionato, rafforzata dal sostegno e dall’esperienza del nuovo gruppo di investitori.

SX Global, the promoters of the FIM World Supercross Championship (WSX), confirmed today the sale of its business, to an investment group led by tenured sports investors Kyril Louis-Dreyfus and Juan Sartori. The pair join SX Global’s CEO Adam Bailey to form the new ownership and leadership group.
Louis-Dreyfus is a highly successful French businessman, who became the youngest Chairman in English football history when he purchased a controlling stake in former League One, now Championship club, Sunderland A.F.C. in 2022. He also has interests in the renowned French football club Olympique de Marseille and esports’ organisation Ovation.

Sartori is a successful Uruguayan businessman, senator and co-owner of Sunderland A.F.C. alongside Louis-Dreyfus. He is the President and founder of Union-Group, a privately owned investment firm that holds significant interests across an array of industries worldwide. He is also a Board Member and Vice President of top French football club, AS Monaco FC.

As one of the original founders of SX Global and a long-time motocross and supercross industry executive, Bailey looks forward to joining forces with Louis-Dreyfus and Sartori. He began his career as a competitive athlete and fan of the sport before founding multiple businesses in athlete management, sports marketing and event promotion. He also co-created Australia’s largest ever supercross event, the AUS-X Open.
He emphasised that WSX remains steadfast and is focused on driving the long-term sustainability and growth of the championship, enhanced by the backing and expertise of the new investor group.
