JEREMY SEEWER SI UNIRÀ AL KAWASAKI RACING TEAM PER LA STAGIONE MXGP 2024
Il Kawasaki Racing Team MXGP è felice di annunciare che Jeremy Seewer si unirà alla squadra ufficiale Kawasaki per la stagione del Campionato mondiale FIM Motocross 2024.
Dopo aver ottenuto il riconoscimento internazionale nella classe MX2, Seewer si è classificato secondo nel campionato in due occasioni prima di passare alla classe regina MXGP all’età di 24 anni.
Un pedigree di corse che include 11 vittorie sul gradino più alto del podio come vincitore di una gara, sette vittorie complessive in GP e non meno di 28 podi in MXGP è un record impressionante per il 29enne pilota svizzero che è determinato ad assicurarsi gli onori del campionato assoluto in MXGP dove ha già vinto la medaglia d’argento nel 2019, 2020 e di nuovo nel 2022.
Il Team Manager di KRT, Antti Pyrhönen, ha commentato: “A nome di KRT voglio esprimere quanto siamo entusiasti di avere Jeremy a bordo per il 2024. Romain Febvre ha dimostrato che la KX450-SR ufficiale è una moto vincente e ne siamo sicuri è in grado di vincere il campionato. Con Jeremy come parte di KRT nel 2024 abbiamo una formazione di piloti formidabile e una prospettiva molto reale per raggiungere il nostro obiettivo di successo complessivo nel campionato”.
Il responsabile della pianificazione della gara per Kawasaki Motors Europe, Steve Guttridge, ha concluso: “Sicuramente Jeremy aggiungerà allo slancio che il Kawasaki Racing Team MXGP ha raggiunto di recente. Vincere al massimo livello del motocross è una grande sfida. Per il 2024, Kawasaki con KRT avrà due migliori piloti in grado di correre regolarmente per il podio e lottare per l’ambito titolo del campionato MXGP”.

JEREMY SEEWER TO JOIN KAWASAKI RACING TEAM FOR 2024 MXGP SEASON
The Kawasaki Racing Team MXGP is happy to announce that Jeremy Seewer will join the official Kawasaki factory squad for the 2024 FIM Motocross World Championship season.
First gaining international recognition in the MX2 class, Seewer was runner up in the Championship on two occasions before switching to the premier MXGP class at the age of 24.
A racing pedigree that includes 11 visits to the top of the podium as race winner, seven overall GP victories and no less than 28 MXGP podiums is an impressive record for the 29 year old Swiss rider who is determined to secure overall Championship honours in MXGP where he has previously taken the silver medal in 2019, 2020 and again in 2022.
Team Manager of KRT, Antti Pyrhönen commented: “On behalf of KRT I want to express how excited we are to have Jeremy on board for 2024. Romain Febvre has shown that the factory KX450-SR is a race winning machine and we are sure it is capable of winning the Championship. With Jeremy as part of KRT in 2024 we have a formidable rider line up and a very real prospect to achieve our goal of overall Championship success”.
Race Planning Manager for Kawasaki Motors Europe, Steve Guttridge, concluded: “For sure Jeremy will add to the momentum that the Kawasaki Racing Team MXGP has achieved recently. To win at the highest level of motocross is a big ask. For 2024, Kawasaki with KRT will have two top riders able to race for regular podiums and fight for that coveted MXGP Championship title.”
