BARCIA RIVELA LA PROROGA DI CONTRATTO BIFENNALE CON TLD GASGAS
Alla conferenza stampa post-gara per il round di Atlanta del Monster Energy AMA Supercross, Justin Barcia di Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GASGAS Factory Racing ha rivelato di aver firmato un’estensione di due anni con l’organizzazione. Ciò avviene sulla scia di un inizio positivo del suo mandato con il team, che ha coinciso con l’ingresso di GASGAS nello sport nel 2021 ed è iniziato con una vittoria storica e memorabile per Barcia durante il debutto del produttore ad Anaheim 1 di quella stagione. Ha poi continuato a catturare la prima vittoria Pro Motocross del GASGAS più tardi quell’estate allo Spring Creek National.
Oltre a quelle vittorie distintive, Barcia ha accumulato un totale di 18 podi nella competizione SuperMotocross per GASGAS. Deve ancora finire fuori dai primi cinque da quando la stagione ha raggiunto la metà dopo Daytona, accumulando quattro podi nelle ultime cinque gare per diventare il pilota più costante della classe 450SX in questo momento del campionato.

BARCIA REVEALS TWO-YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION WITH TLD GASGAS
At the post-race press conference for the Atlanta round of Monster Energy AMA Supercross, Troy Lee Designs/Red Bull/GASGAS Factory Racing’s Justin Barcia revealed that he has signed a two-year extension with the organization. This comes on the heels of a successful start to his tenure with the team, which coincided with GASGAS’ entry into the sport in 2021 and began with a historic and memorable victory for Barcia during the manufacturer’s debut at Anaheim 1 of that season. He then went on to capture the GASGAS’ first Pro Motocross win later that summer at the Spring Creek National.
In addition to those hallmark victories, Barcia has amassed a total of 18 podium finishes in SuperMotocross competition for GASGAS. He’s yet to finish outside the top five since the season reached its halfway point after Daytona, amassing four podium finishes over the past five races to become the most consistent rider in the 450SX Class at this juncture in the championship.
