Stark VARG Relentless Endurance Testing.
Prestazioni, affidabilità e durata…Stark Future è attualmente nella fase cruciale dello sviluppo ed è entusiasta di fornire quello che ritiene essere un prodotto eccezionale. Nell’ambito di questo processo, l’azienda è attualmente sottoposta a test di resistenza utilizzando moto di serie, con un team di collaudatori dedicato che mette alla prova il VARG in estenuanti sessioni di test che durano fino a 14 ore al giorno.

Stiamo testando la durabilità strutturale accelerata del VARG su piste difficili e in condizioni meteorologiche estreme per un periodo di tempo prolungato. L’obiettivo finale è migliorare e garantire le prestazioni, l’affidabilità e la durata del VARG e raggiungere gli standard di qualità Stark Futures Premium.

Testare incessantemente ogni aspetto del VARG, incluso il suo gruppo propulsore, i componenti strutturali e funzionali, per garantire durata e affidabilità mentre si conduce un’analisi completa per simulare le molte ore di usura del tempo di guida che il VARG potrebbe subire durante l’uso previsto. Anche l’affidabilità e le prestazioni sono strettamente monitorate e ispezionate durante il periodo di test incessante. 
L’unità di controllo del gruppo propulsore e l’unità batteria sono componenti chiave su cui si concentra il nostro team. Il gruppo propulsore e la batteria sono i marcatori principali del valore VARG. Condizioni sfavorevoli come lo stile di guida, le condizioni meteorologiche, le condizioni della pista, i cicli di ricarica e molti altri fattori possono avere un impatto sulle prestazioni e sull’autonomia della batteria. Il test di resistenza fornirà una dichiarazione affidabile e trasparente della capacità della batteria di resistere a tutto quanto sopra, fornendo dati accurati sulle prestazioni della batteria per un periodo di tempo prolungato.

Avendo Sebastien come nostro Test Director e il resto del team di test, hanno le conoscenze e le competenze per comprendere appieno come spingere i limiti del VARG dal punto di vista hardware e software. Il nostro compito è analizzare i dati e i componenti dopo ogni sessione con una manutenzione minima al fine di valutare in breve tempo l’affidabilità e la durata dal punto di vista del consumatore, solo cambiando le parti minime come pneumatici o carrozzeria, se necessario…”

Stark VARG Relentless Endurance Testing.
Performance, reliability, and durability…Stark Future is currently in the crucial stage of development and is excited to deliver what it believes to be an outstanding product. As part of this process, the company is currently undergoing Endurance testing using production bikes, with a dedicated test team of riders putting the VARG through its paces in grueling test sessions that last up to 14 hours a day.

We are testing the accelerated structural durability of the VARG on tough track conditions and in extreme weather conditions over a prolonged period of time. The ultimate aim is to enhance and ensure the performance, reliability, and durability of the VARG and reach Stark Futures Premium quality standards. 

Relentlessly testing every aspect of the VARG, including its powertrain, structural and functional components, to ensure durability and reliability while conducting a comprehensive analysis to simulate the many hours of ride time wear and tear that the VARG may experience during its intended use. Reliability and performance are also closely monitored and inspected during the relentless testing period.

The powertrain control unit and battery unit are key components focused on by our team. The powertrain & battery are the primary markers of the VARGs value. Unfavorable conditions such as riding style, weather conditions, track conditions, charging cycles, and many other factors can all have an impact on battery performance and range. The endurance testing will provide a reliable, transparent statement of the battery’s capacity to withstand all of the above, providing accurate data on the battery’s performance over a prolonged period of time. Overall, endurance testing is crucial to ensuring that the VARG meets the necessary quality and reliability standards, and Stark Future provides a product that Stark Future hopes will over exceed customer expectations.

Remi Vuillet – Lead Test Engineer:  Our team’s primary goal is to push the limits of the VARG´s battery, motor, and overall performance to ensure that it can withstand the demands of end consumers. Having Sebastien as our Test Director and the rest of the test team, they have the knowledge and skill set to understand fully how to push the VARG´s limits from a hardware and software perspective. Our task is to analyze the data and components after each session with minimal maintenance in order to evaluate in a short timeframe reliability and durability from a consumer perspective, only by changing the minimal parts such as tires or bodywork, if needed…”
