Supercross 2023, Anaheim 2, a seguito di un incidente di prova all’inizio di questa settimana. Husqvarna Motorcycles ha rivelato la notizia tramite un aggiornamento sui social media pochi istanti fa, anche se al momento i dettagli sono scarsi e rimane incerto quando si unirà nuovamente alla classe 450SX. Di seguito la dichiarazione ufficiale del produttore.
“Un incidente durante le prove durante la settimana ha messo da parte Malcom Stewart per il @SupercrossLive di questo fine settimana in A2. Seguiranno i dettagli mentre Malcolm Stewart viene sottoposto a un’ulteriore valutazione”.
Stewart è attualmente quindicesimo nella classifica della classe regina e non è ancora arrivato tra i primi dieci quest’anno, nonostante abbia condotto il secondo maggior numero di giri in due round (quattro). La squadra Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing sarà rappresentata da Christian Craig nella 450SX ad Anaheim 2. “28” è attualmente dodicesimo nella classifica del campionato.

Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing’s Malcolm Stewart out of 2023 Anaheim 2 Supercross.
Malcolm Stewart will miss this weekend’s round of 2023 Monster Energy Supercross, Anaheim 2, following a practice crash earlier this week. Husqvarna Motorcycles revealed the news via a social media update just moments ago, although details are sparse at the moment and it remains uncertain when he will re-join the 450SX class. The official statement from the manufacturer is below.
“A practice crash during the week has sidelined Malcom Stewart for this weekend’s @SupercrossLive at A2. Details to follow as @MalcolmStewart undergoes further evaluation.“
Stewart is currently fifteenth in the premier class standings and has not finished in the top ten yet this year, despite the fact that he has led the second highest number of laps through two rounds (four). The Rockstar Energy Husqvarna Factory Racing squad will be represented by Christian Craig in 450SX at Anaheim 2. ’28’ is currently twelfth in the championship standings.
