Modifica delle regole del campionato EMX250

MONACO (Principato di Monaco) 06 settembre 2022 – Infront Moto Racing e FIM-Europe desiderano annunciare un cambio di regole che entrerà in vigore nel campionato EMX250 dalla stagione 2023 in poi.

Negli ultimi anni, lo schema piramidale ha avuto un grande successo con un numero crescente di iscrizioni nelle classi europee. Molte delle attuali migliori stelle della MXGP e della MX2 hanno attraversato le classifiche EMX per diventare le prime nel Campionato del mondo di motocross FIM, che è esattamente ciò che lo schema piramidale mira a raggiungere, al fine di far gareggiare i migliori piloti del mondo il più grande palcoscenico delle corse di motocross.

Il cambio dell’EMX250 sarà la regola dell’età che cerca di seguire la naturale evoluzione dell’esperienza di guida nel Campionato Europeo. In futuro, l’età massima per i piloti che gareggiano nel campionato EMX250 sarà 21 anni.

Inoltre, il campionato EMX250 vedrà ora un totale di 10 round all’anno, mentre la serie EMX125 sarà disputata tra 9 round. Il campionato EMX2t consisterà in una gara, così come l’EMX Open, creando un evento in stile finale.

MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 06 September 2022 – Infront Moto Racing and the FIM-Europe wish to announce a rule change that will become effective in the EMX250 Championship from the 2023 season and onwards.

Over the last several years, the pyramid scheme has seen great success with increasing number of entries in the European classes. Many of the current top stars in MXGP and MX2 have gone through the EMX ranks to become the front runners in the FIM Motocross World Championship which is exactly what the pyramid scheme aims to achieve, in order to have the best riders in the world competing on the biggest stage of motocross racing.

The change in the EMX250 will be the age rule which looks to follow the natural evolution of the riding experience in the European Championship. Going forward, the maximum age for riders contesting in the EMX250 Championship will be 21.

Additionally, the EMX250 Championship will now see a total of 10 rounds per year, while the EMX125 series will be disputed between 9 rounds. The EMX2t Championship will consist of one race, as will the EMX Open creating a finale style event.
