La squadra Svizzera è pronta!
La Svizzera è una delle prime nazioni ad annunciare la sua formazione di tre uomini per il prossimo momento clou del Motocross delle Nazioni con l’American Red Bud! Abbastanza presto
Daniel Zollinger ha affrontato tutti i problemi attuali, come le distorsioni nel settore della logistica o i costi in aumento. Ha stabilito contatti, ha tenuto colloqui e ha fatto molto per convincere. Il risultato è che i suoi piani e le sue idee hanno ovviamente fatto appello anche alla federazione svizzera FMS.
La Federazione Svizzera FMS ha ora nominato i seguenti tre piloti, che rappresenteranno i colori svizzeri nell’ultimo fine settimana di settembre al FIM Monster Energy Motocross delle Nazioni:
-Jeremy Seewer: Non sorprende che sia stato nominato il pilota svizzero di maggior successo nel Motocross World Championship da anni ormai. Il con i piedi per terra, che presto avrà 28 anni, sarà quattro volte secondo nel campionato del mondo e, dopo aver superato problemi di salute, ha recentemente vinto un altro Gran Premio nella classe d’élite MXGP.
-Valentin Guillod: Un’altra scelta sicura è la nomina del 29enne della Svizzera francese. Il veterano domina il campionato nazionale in entrambe le classi, come ha fatto l’anno scorso. Campione in entrambe le classi e ha perso solo di poco il campionato francese e ha perso solo un titolo nel campionato francese.
-Kevin Brumann: Il 18enne è il più giovane della rosa altrimenti esperta, ma la curva delle prestazioni del belga per scelta – vive e si allena a Lommel con il suo mentore e allenatore Max Nagl – conosce solo una direzione, al TOP! Il potente ragazzo ora sta segnando punti regolarmente nel Campionato del Mondo MX2 e potrebbe benissimo essere una sorpresa.
Tutto sommato, il capo della squadra Zollinger ha assemblato un trio molto interessante in cui la miscela di esperienza – Seewer e Guillod hanno già gareggiato nel MXoN 2018 nella stessa posizione a Red Bud, ad esempio – e la gioventù spensierata potrebbe creare un mix promettente. Poiché Guillod è anche uno specialista in entrambe le classi di cilindrata e il giovane Brumann ha recentemente mostrato una prestazione straordinaria sulla “grande” moto, questo apre prospettive completamente nuove per il capo squadra in termini di tattiche di squadra. In altre parole: chi inizierà esattamente in quale classe potrebbe forse essere deciso solo con un preavviso molto breve. In pratica tutti e tre i piloti sono su Yamaha, il che è stato sicuramente utile in fase di progettazione e che Daniel Zollinger ci tiene a sottolineare ancora una volta con un sentito ringraziamento alle squadre azzurre coinvolte. La presentazione ufficiale della squadra avverrà, previa prenotazione, in uno dei seguenti Gran Premi d’Europa.

Team Switzerland is ready!
Switzerland is one of the first nations to announce its three-man lineup for the upcoming
upcoming season highlight Motocross of Nations in the American Red Bud! Quite early has
Daniel Zollinger addressed all the current problems, such as the distortions in the logistics sector or the generally rising costs. He made contacts, held talks and did a lot of convincing. The result is because his plans and ideas obviously appealed to the Swiss federation FMS as well.
Swiss Federation FMS. The Motocross Commission now nominated the following three riders, who will represent the Swiss colors on the last weekend of September at the FIM Monster Energy Motocross of Nations:
-Jeremy Seewer: Not surprisingly, the most successful Swiss rider in the Motocross World Championship for years now has been nominated. The down-to-earth, soon to be 28 year old four-time runner-up in the world championship and, after overcoming health problems, recently won another Grand Prix in the elite MXGP class.
-Valentin Guillod: Another safe choice is the nomination of the 29-year-old from the
French-speaking Swiss. The veteran dominates the domestic championship in both classes, as he did last year. Championship in both classes and only just missed out on the French championship and only just missed out on a title in the French championship.
-Kevin Brumann: The 18-year-old is the youngster in the otherwise experienced squad, but the performance curve of the Belgian by choice – he lives and trains in Lommel with his mentor and coach Max Nagl – knows only one direction: up! The powerfully built lad is now scoring points regularly in the MX2 World Championship and could well be good for a surprise.
All in all, team boss Zollinger has assembled a highly interesting trio in which the mixture of experience – Seewer and Guillod already competed in the 2018 MXoN at the same location in Red Bud, for example – and carefree youth could make for a promising mix. Since Guillod is also a specialist in both displacement classes and youngster Brumann recently showed an amazing performance on the “big” bike, this opens up completely new perspectives for the team boss in terms of team tactics. In other words: Who exactly will start in which class could perhaps only be decided at very short notice. Practically, all three pilots are on Yamaha, which was certainly helpful in the planning phase and which Daniel Zollinger would like to underline once again with a heartfelt thank you to the blue teams involved. The official team presentation will take place, subject to reservation, at one of the following European Grand Prix.
