Il Kawasaki Racing Team si prepara al debutto nel motocross nel Regno Unito
Il Kawasaki Racing Team ha continuato la sua preparazione fino alla stagione MXGP 2022 con una ripresa in studio per i membri del team nei loro workshop a Lommel l’8 febbraio. Con Romain Febvre che fa progressi nel suo tentativo di recuperare la piena forma fisica e Ben Watson sostenuto da una prestazione complessiva sul podio al Lacapelle Marival Masters, i piloti e l’intero staff del team si sono incontrati per la prima volta indossando il loro nuovo abbigliamento Kawasaki mentre prendevano gli ultimi accordi logistici per attraversare l’acqua dall’Europa al Regno Unito per l’ultimo evento pre-stagionale all’Hawkstone Park. Questo sarà seguito dal primo MXGP del 2022 al Matterley Basin nell’Hampshire.
“Stiamo davvero iniziando a creare un formidabile spirito di squadra in queste ultime settimane da quando è stato dato l’annuncio ufficiale”, ha commentato il Team Manager, Antti Pyrhonen. “Ora tutti i membri del team hanno il loro abbigliamento e stiamo vedendo Romain e Ben fare progressi individuali. Non vediamo l’ora di incontrare i fan Kawasaki all’Hawkstone Park e aggiungere gli ultimi pezzi al puzzle di preparazione prima di entrare per la prima volta nel paddock di Matterley Basin come team ufficiale Kawasaki. Sappiamo che è una grande responsabilità, ma c’è un vero senso di anticipazione e ottimismo in tutto il team e stiamo tutti assaporando la sfida”.

The Kawasaki Racing Team makes ready for UK motocross debut
The Kawasaki Racing Team continued their build up to the 2022 MXGP season with a studio shoot for team members at their workshops in Lommel on 8 February. With Romain Febvre making progress in his bid to regain full fitness and Ben Watson buoyed by an overall podium performance at the Lacapelle Marival Masters, the riders and entire team staff met for the first time wearing their new Kawasaki apparel while making the final logistic arrangements to cross the water from Europe to the UK for the final pre-season event at Hawkstone Park. This will be followed by first MXGP of 2022 at Matterley Basin in Hampshire.
“We are really starting to create a formidable team spirit in these past weeks since the official announcement was made”, commented, Team Manager, Antti Pyrhonen. “Now all team members have their apparel, and we are seeing Romain and Ben make individual progress. We are really looking forward to meeting the Kawasaki fans at Hawkstone Park and adding the final pieces to the preparation jig-saw before we enter the paddock at Matterley Basin for the first time as an official Kawasaki factory team. We know it’s a big responsibility but there is a real sense of anticipation and optimism right across the team and we are all relishing the challenge.”
