Conrad Mewse ha annunciato che lascerà il team Hitachi KTM fuelled by Milwaukee in una dichiarazione shock dicendo:
È con rammarico che devo annunciare la mia partenza dalla Hitachi KTM Fuelled by Milwaukee.
Ho informato il team principal della mia decisione di lasciare il team con effetto immediato.
Mi sono divertito con orgoglio a vincere 2 titoli MX2 britannici per il team insieme a un podio per il Team Great Britain all’MXON e molte altre vittorie in gara.
Vorrei ringraziare KTM, i miei fedeli sponsor, sostenitori, fan, famiglia e amici per il loro continuo supporto. Anche se i miei piani per la nuova stagione non sono ancora pronti, posso assicurare a tutti che spero di essere in fila sulla linea di partenza e di vedervi tutti nella prossima stagione

It is with regret I have to announce my departure from the Hitachi KTM fuelled by Milwaukee race team.
I have informed the team principal of my decision to leave the team with immediate effect.
I have proudly enjoyed winning 2 British MX2 titles for the team along with a podium result for Team Great Britain at the MXON and many other race wins.
I would like to thank KTM, my loyal sponsors, supporters, fans, family and friends for their continued support. Although my plans are not yet in place for the new season, I can assure everyone that I hope to be lining up on the start line and seeing you all in the season ahead
