Presentato il roster del Team Honda HRC 2022 invariato
Il ritorno di Roczen, Sexton e i Lawrences è una formazione di quattro corridori.
Il Team Honda HRC ha presentato il suo roster 2022, guidato da Ken Roczen e Chase Sexton insieme al duo 250 Jett e Hunter Lawrence.
Roczen, 27 anni, entrerà nel suo sesto anno come pilota Honda e si avvicina alla prossima stagione sulla scia del suo anno di maggior successo con il marchio: secondo in Supercross e terzo in Pro Motocross.
Segnando più podi al chiuso e all’aperto quest’anno, Sexton entra nella sua seconda stagione completa con il team pronto a contendersi i campionati 450SX e 450MX.
Il prossimo anno vedrà i Lawrence scambiare efficacemente le regioni, con Hunter pronto a competere in 250SX East e Jett che tornerà a 250SX West. Entrambi hanno vissuto una campagna di successo nel 2021, Jett ha vinto la corona 250MX insieme a tre gare 250SX East, mentre Hunter è arrivato terzo in 250MX e secondo in 250SX West dopo aver vinto Arlington 2.
Con la formazione dei piloti rimasta invariata per la prossima stagione, sono avvenuti diversi cambi di personale nel Team Honda HRC. In particolare, Lars Lindstrom assumerà il ruolo di team manager, mentre Shane Drew occuperà la posizione di Lindstrom come capo equipaggio 450 e Grant Hutcheson è stato assunto come capo equipaggio classe 250.

Unchanged Team Honda HRC 2022 roster introduced
Four-rider line-up of Roczen, Sexton and the Lawrences returning.
Team Honda HRC has introduced its unchanged 2022 roster, led by Ken Roczen and Chase Sexton alongside 250 duo Jett and Hunter Lawrence.
Roczen, 27, will enter his sixth year as a Honda rider and approaches the upcoming season off the back of his most successful year with the brand – second in Supercross and third in Pro Motocross.
Scoring multiple podiums in indoors and outdoors this year, Sexton enters his second full season with the team set to contend for both 450SX and 450MX championships.
Next year will see the Lawrences effectively trade regions, with Hunter set to compete in 250SX East and Jett returning to 250SX West. Both experienced a successful 2021 campaign, Jett winning the 250MX crown along with three 250SX East races, while Hunter was third in 250MX and second in 250SX West after winning Arlington 2.
With the rider line-up remaining the same for the upcoming season, several personnel changes have occurred at Team Honda HRC. Notably, Lars Lindstrom will take over as team manager, while Shane Drew will fill Lindstrom’s position as 450 crew chief and Grant Hutcheson has been brought in as 250 class crew chief.
The 17-round 2022 AMA Supercross season commences on January 8 in Anaheim, California.
