Kevin Horgmo si unisce al team F&H Kawasaki Racing
Il team F&H Kawasaki Racing si è assicurato la sua prima nuova firma per il campionato mondiale di motocross FIM MX2 2022 mentre il norvegese Kevin Horgmo, secondo classificato della serie EMX250 di quest’anno, si avvicina ai GP.
Per il quinto anno consecutivo il Team F&H rappresenterà ufficialmente Kawasaki nel campionato del mondo MX2 la prossima stagione e l’eccitante talento norvegese si unisce alla squadra olandese con grandi aspettative sia dal team che dal pilota. Uno dei più talentuosi piloti scandinavi, Kevin è stato alla fine di una tesa battaglia per il titolo FIM Europe EMX250 quest’estate, finendo la serie come secondo classificato con due vittorie complessive, tre vittorie di manche e sei podi. Il Campionato del Mondo MX2 non sarà un’esperienza del tutto nuova per Kevin poiché ha già corso alcuni GP in questa stagione, con un dodicesimo posto come miglior risultato in Repubblica Ceca. Dopo aver lottato per vittorie, podi e titolo, ora passa ai GP più esperti e maturi. Kevin ha già iniziato a lavorare con Marc De Reuver, che sarà di nuovo l’allenatore dei piloti F&H la prossima stagione.
Kevin Horgmo: “Sono davvero entusiasta di unirmi a F&H Kawasaki Racing Team; la KX250 è una moto completamente nuova per me ma già dopo il primo test mi sento così a mio agio. Essere un membro di una squadra come questa è ciò che sento di essermi perso in passato; la squadra ha tutto ciò di cui ho bisogno per avere successo, quindi ora tocca a me esibirmi! Sarà anche bello lavorare con Marc come allenatore; di sicuro imparerò molto da lui!”
Nathalie Fase (team manager F&H Kawasaki): “Non vediamo l’ora di lavorare con Kevin. Ha dimostrato in passato di cosa è capace come pilota e, con il pacchetto completo che possiamo offrirgli e un buon inverno, crediamo che possa fare un grande passo verso il successo nei GP MX2. I primi test sono fatti e tutto sembra a posto; si è adattato rapidamente alla moto e mostra molte promesse! Stiamo già lavorando duramente l’uno con l’altro e non vediamo l’ora con ottimismo di passare dei bei momenti insieme!”

Kevin Horgmo joins F&H Kawasaki Racing Team
The F&H Kawasaki Racing Team has secured its first new signing for the 2022 FIM MX2 Motocross World Championship as Norwegian Kevin Horgmo, this year’s EMX250 series runner-up, moves up to the GPs.
For the fifth year in succession Team F&H will be officially representing Kawasaki in the MX2 World championship next season and the exciting Norwegian talent joins the Dutch squad with high expectations from both team and rider. One of most talented riders from Scandinavia, Kevin was at the sharp end of a tense battle for the FIM Europe EMX250 title this summer, eventually ending the series as runner-up with two overall victories, three moto wins and six podiums. The MX2 World Championship will not be an entirely new experience for Kevin as he already raced a few GPs this season, with a twelfth position as best result in Czech Republic. After battling for race wins, podiums and the title he now moves to the GPs more experienced and mature. Kevin has already started working with Marc De Reuver, who will again be the coach to the F&H riders next season.
Kevin Horgmo: “I’m really excited to join F&H Kawasaki Racing Team; the KX250 is a completely new bike for me but already after the first test I feel so comfortable on it. To be a member of a team like this is what I feel I’ve been missing in the past; the team has everything I need to succeed so now it’s up to me to perform! It will also be good to work with Marc as a trainer; for sure I will learn a lot from him!”
