La notizia arriva dai social, ieri ha giocato con alcune immagini Alessandro Lupino facendo intravedere un logo che richiamasse l’AMA Pro Racing!
Pochi minuti fa ha confermato che andrà a correre il Pro Motocross il 29 Maggio, probabilmente deciderà di partecipare ad alcune gare in preparazione del Mondiale che partirà a Giugno!
Attendiamo di vederlo e facciamo il tifo per Ale!
PS: Speriamo che oltre a lui partecipino altri piloti di caratura Mondiale!!!!!!!
Il Team MRT Racing KTM al National USA con Alessandro Lupino. GraZie al supporto di KTM, Just 1 e Forma, Alessandro Lupino con i colori del team MRT Racing KTM parteciperà alle prime due prove del Campionato Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross 2021, ovvero il National outdoor statunitense. La prima prova si disputerà sabato 29 Maggio sulla pista Fox Raceway National di Pala, in California; la seconda prova è in programma per il sabato successivo, 5 Giugno, sul tracciato Thunder Valley Motocross Park di Lakewood, Colorado.
Lupino sarà in sella alla KTM 450 SX-F, con il numero 177.
“E’ una grande opportunità per me – spiega Lupino – poter esordire nel National USA, uno dei campionati più seguiti al mondo, e per questo ringrazio KTM, il mio team, e la Federazione Motociclistica Italiana che in pochi giorni ci ha permesso di ottenere i permessi necessari della federazione AMA. Per me saranno due test importanti in vista dell’inizio del Mondiale MXGP, previsto per il weekend successivo in Russia, ma il mio obiettivo è anche provare a rappresentare al meglio il motocross italiano, ci terrei a fare bene! Sembra che tutte le gare saranno aperte al pubblico; non conosco la pista di Pala, mentre a Lakewood ho corso il Nazioni nel 2010: è un tracciato spettacolare, veloce ma anche tecnico”.

The MRT Racing KTM Team will be at the start of the USA National motocross championship with Alessandro Lupino. Thanks to the support of KTM, Just 1 and Forma, Alessandro Lupino, rider of the MRT Racing KTM team, will participate in the first two races of the Lucas Oil AMA Pro Motocross Championship 2021.
The first event will be held on Saturday 29 May on the Fox Raceway National track in Pala, California; the second is scheduled for the Saturday after (5th of June), at the Thunder Valley Motocross Park track in Lakewood, Colorado. Lupino will be riding the KTM 450 SX-F, with the number 177.
“It is a great opportunity for me – explains Lupino – to make my debut in the USA National, one of the most followed championships in the world, and I want to thank for this KTM, my team, and the FMI (Italian Motorcycle Federation) which in few days allowed us to obtain the necessary permits from the AMA federation. For me these will be two important race tests before the start of the MXGP World Championship, scheduled for June 13 in Russia, but my goal is also to try to represent the Italian motocross in the best possible way: I would like to do great races! It appears that both the events will be open to public; I don’t know the Pala track, while in Lakewood I raced the MX of Nations in 2010: it is a spectacular track, fast but also technical”.
