JM Racing Honda intende fare passi da gigante nel campionato del mondo MXGP
Il team JM Racing Honda MXGP è in piena preparazione per l’inizio della prossima stagione del campionato del mondo MXGP. Il team ha vissuto un periodo di preparazione invernale positivo e la Honda CRF450 fornisce una solida base con cui andare a caccia del successo in MXGP.
Durante il lungo periodo di incertezza, il team si è concentrato principalmente sull’allenamento per mantenere la forma fisica dei piloti. Hanno anche utilizzato il tempo per mettere a punto le moto Honda CRF450 secondo i desideri dei piloti. Ora che è stata annunciata la data del primo GP in Russia, il 13 giugno, il team aumenterà l’intensità del lavoro di preparazione, puntando a dare il via alla propria campagna GP.
“Abbiamo un ottimo periodo di preparazione invernale alle spalle. La Honda CRF450 è semplicemente fantastica, ei piloti sono in estasi per la moto. In Henry Jacobi e Michele Cervellin, abbiamo due buoni piloti, e mi aspetto che saremo in grado di fare passi avanti con loro. Sarà una lunga stagione, visto che ci saranno gare fino a dicembre, ma siamo pronti e ansiosi per la prima caduta dei cancelli di partenza “, ha detto il proprietario del team Jacky Martens.
“L’atmosfera all’interno del team è fantastica e tutto si fonde bene. L’anno scorso, ero troppo intimorito dai grandi nomi della classe MXGP e quest’anno voglio affermarmi come contendente. Voglio portare la battaglia a loro, e vedere come progrediamo. È fantastico avere una persona esperta come Jacky al tuo fianco. Mi ha già aiutato così tanto con le impostazioni della moto, e questo aumenta notevolmente la mia fiducia “, ha detto Henry Jacobi.
“La stagione si sta avvicinando e sono così ansioso che i cancelli di partenza cadano. Sono entrato alla grande nell’ambiente della squadra e sono fiducioso che possiamo fare grandi progressi insieme. Ho iniziato ad allenarmi con la moto un po ‘più tardi rispetto all’ideale a causa di un leggero infortunio al polso, ma abbiamo ancora tempo prima che inizi il primo GP. Faremo molto allenamento in moto nelle prossime settimane per essere completamente preparati “, ha rimarcato Michele Cervellin.
Il campionato del mondo MXGP è composto da 19 gare. La serie prenderà il via a Orlyonok in Russia e l’ultima gara della stagione sarà a Bali, in Indonesia, il 5 dicembre.

JM Racing Honda Intent On Making Big Strides In The MXGP World Championship
The JM Racing Honda MXGP team is in full preparation for the start of the coming MXGP world championship season. The team enjoyed a positive winter preparation period and the Honda CRF450 provides a solid base with which to go on the hunt for MXGP success.
During the long period of uncertainty, the team focused primarily on training to maintain rider fitness. They also utilized the time to fine tune the Honda CRF450 bikes according to the wishes of the riders. Now that the date of the first GP has been announced as 13 June in Russia, the team will increase the intensity of their preparation work, aiming for a good kick off to their GP campaign.
“We have a great winter preparation period behind us. The Honda CRF450 is simply amazing, and the riders are in rapture over the bike. In Henry Jacobi and Michele Cervellin, we have two good riders, and I expect that we will be able to make strides forward with them. It will be a long season, seeing as there will be races all the way into December, but we are ready and anxious for the first drop of the start gates,” Team owner Jacky Martens said.
“The atmosphere within the team is great and everything blends well. Last year, I was too overawed by the big names in the MXGP class, and I want to establish myself as a contender this year. I want to take the battle to them, and see how we progress. It is great to have an experienced person like Jacky by your side. He has helped me so much already with bike settings, and that boosts my confidence greatly,” Henry Jacobi said.
“The season is coming close and I am so anxious for the start gates to fall. I fell great in the team environment and I am confident that we can jointly make great progress. I started bike training a bit later than ideal due to a slight wrist injury, but we still have time until the first GP kicks off. We will do a lot of bike training in the coming weeks so that we are fully prepared,” Michele Cervellin remarked.
The MXGP world championship consists of 19 races. The series will kick off at Orlyonok in Russia, and the last race of the season will be in Bali, Indonesia, on 5 December.

JM Racing Honda wil stappen zetten in het wereldkampioenschap MXGP
JM Racing Honda zit volop in haar voorbereiding op de naderende start van het wereldkampioenschap MXGP. De winterperiode is zeer positief verlopen en de Honda CRF450 zorgt voor een stevige basis om op jacht te gaan naar succes.
In de lange periode van onzekerheid heeft JM Racing Honda veelal onderhoudende trainingen gedaan en de Honda CRF450 naar wens van de rijders afgesteld. Nu de datum van de eerste Grand Prix in Rusland (13 juni) bekend is, zal de intensiteit opgevoerd worden zodat er een goede start gemaakt kan worden in het wereldkampioenschap MXGP.
“We hebben een hele goede winter achter de rug. De nieuwe Honda CRF450 geeft echt verbluffende resultaten en de rijders zijn er enorm over te spreken. We hebben met Henry Jacobi en Michele Cervellin twee goede rijders en ik verwacht dat we met hun een goede stap voorwaarts kunnen zetten. Het zal een lang seizoen worden aangezien er in december nog wedstrijden op de kalender staan maar we zijn er klaar voor en kijken uit naar het moment dat het starthek weer zal vallen,” vertelt teameigenaar Jacky Martens.
“Het gevoel binnen het team is heel goed en er is een perfecte klik. Vorig jaar keek ik teveel op tegen de grote namen van de MXGP klasse en daar wil ik dit jaar een flinke stap in gaan zetten. Ik wil het gevecht met ze aan gaan en dan zien we waar we uitkomen. Het is geweldig om een ervaren persoon als Jacky aan mijn zijde te hebben. Hij heeft me al zoveel in de goede richting gezet met de afstelling van de motor en dat geeft veel vertrouwen,” vertelt Henry Jacobi.
“Het seizoen begint dichterbij te komen en ik heb er echt zin in dat het starthek weer valt. Ik voel me zeer goed binnen het team en ik heb er vertrouwen in dat we samen mooie stappen kunnen maken. Wel ben ik door een lichte polsblessure iets later met de motortraining begonnen maar we hebben nog tijd tot aan de eerste Grand Prix. De komende periode zullen we dan ook veel met de motor gaan trainen zodat we er klaar voor zijn,” aldus Michele Cervellin.
Het wereldkampioenschap MXGP bestaat dit jaar uit negentien wedstrijden waarbij de start in het Russische Orlyonok is en waarbij de laatste wedstrijd georganiseerd zal worden op 5 december in Bali, Indonesie!
