MONACO (Principato di Monaco) 10 febbraio 2021 – Infront Moto Racing desidera informare sugli aggiornamenti al calendario provvisorio 2021 del Campionato del Mondo FIM Motocross.
A causa della situazione attuale a livello mondiale per quanto riguarda la COVID-19 pandemia, il calendario agonistico vedrà l’inizio del FIM Motocross World Championship tardi di quanto originariamente previsto, con il primo Gran Premio in programma per il 23 maggio a Oss con l’MXGP del Olanda.
Mentre noi avevamo inizialmente programmato di iniziare l’anno con l’MXGP dell’Oman il 3 aprile, il Gran Premio dell’Oman è stato rinviato al 2022, mentre il MXGP d’Italia, MXGP del Portogallo e della MXGP della Germania verrà spostato da aprile/maggio a ottobre.
Altre modifiche includono due nuove sedi che ospiteranno i due round indonesiani. La MXGP dell’Asia sarà a capo del pittoresco Borobudur al 4 di luglio, mentre il MXGP dell’Indonesia si terrà a Bali l’ 11 luglio.
Inoltre, il MXGP della Cina è stato ri-programmato novembre 7, con una sede da definire così come il MXGP dell’Argentina impostato che si terrà il mese di novembre il 21 in una nuova pista eccitante a breve annunciato.
L’obiettivo per la stagione 2021 è dare finalmente il bentornato agli spettatori e poterlo fare in modo sicuro e responsabile; alcune modifiche dovevano essere apportate a seguito dell’attuale evoluzione della pandemia.
Mentre molti dei del Gran Premio si sono spostati in giro, altri eventi tra cui il Campionato Mondiale FIM SNX, in programma il 9 e 10 aprile a Rovaniemi in Finlandia, insieme con il Campionato Mondiale Motocross FIM Junior detenuti il 31 luglio e il 1 agosto a Megalopolis in Grecia, così come il FIM-e Motocross delle Nazioni europeo, in programma per il 18 e 19 settembre a Riola Sardo in Italia, saranno tutti confermati come previsto.
Inoltre, siamo entusiasti di dare il benvenuto di nuovo all’attesissimo Monster Energy FIM Motocross delle Nazioni nel 2021, che si terrà il 26 settembre. Mentre originariamente il miglior evento off road della stagione doveva tenersi a Imola, la sede italiana non ospiterà l’MXoN quest’anno, con una nuova location che sarà annunciata a breve.

MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 10 February 2021 – Infront Moto Racing would like to inform on the updates to the provisional 2021 calendar of the FIM Motocross World Championship.
Due to the current situation worldwide in regard to the COVID-19 pandemic, the racing calendar will see the FIM Motocross World Championship kickstart later than originally planned, with the first Grand Prix scheduled for the 23rd of May in Oss with the MXGP of the Netherlands.
While we had originally planned to begin the year in with the MXGP of Oman on April 3rd, the Omani Grand Prix has been postponed to 2022, while the MXGP of Italy, MXGP of Portugal and the MXGP of Germany will be moved from April/May to October.
Other changes include two new venues that will host the two Indonesian rounds. The MXGP of Asia will head to the picturesque Borobudur on the 4th of July, while the MXGP of Indonesia will take place in Bali on the 11th of July.
Furthermore, the MXGP of China has been re-scheduled on November the 7th, with a venue to be announced as well as the MXGP of Argentina set to be held on November the 21st in an exciting new track to be announced.
The goal for the 2021 season is to finally welcome back spectators and to be able to do so in a safe and responsible way; certain changes had to be made following the current evolution of the pandemic.
While several of the Grand Prix’s have moved around, other events including the FIM SNX World Championship, scheduled on the 9th and 10th April in Rovaniemi in Finland, along with the FIM Junior Motocross World Championship held on the 31st July and 1st August in Megalopolis in Greece, as well as the FIM-E Motocross of European Nations, scheduled for the 18th and 19th of September in Riola Sardo in Italy, will all go ahead as planned.
Additionally, we are excited to welcome back the highly anticipated Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations in 2021, taking place on the 26th of September. While originally the best off road event of the season was due to be held in Imola, the Italian venue will not host the MXoN this year, with a new location to be announced shortly.
