Sulla base dell’incertezza del numero di spettatori che sarà possibile ospitare a fine settembre e dei rischi economici che ciò comporta, il Moto Club di Ernée ha preferito abbandonare l’organizzazione di questa prestigiosa competizione nel 2020.
La FIM, la FFM, Infront Moto Racing e il Moto Club di Ernée hanno deciso di comune accordo di rinviare questa competizione fino al 2023.
Jacques Bolle, presidente della federazione francese del motociclismo: “Mi dispiace molto perché questa grande competizione avrebbe permesso alla Francia di vivere un bellissimo evento quest’anno in cui i piloti hanno brillato molte volte. Tuttavia, capisco perfettamente la posizione del Moto Club di Ernée, i rischi erano troppo alti. Tuttavia, sono lieto di sapere che questo grande evento tornerà in Francia nel 2023. Ringrazio David Luongo e la società Infront Moto Racing per il loro ascolto e spirito costruttivo su questo tema ”.
David Luongo, Presidente di Infront Moto Racing: “Nonostante la grande tristezza, comprendiamo la decisione del club e della FFM sul ritardo del Monster Energy Motocross delle Nazioni in Francia. È chiaro che, nonostante gli sforzi di tutte le parti negli ultimi mesi, la situazione in Francia in merito ai vincoli dell’organizzazione dei principali eventi popolari e alle istruzioni sanitarie delle autorità governative sembrava essere insostenibile per il Moto-Club d’Enée. Nonostante ciò, il Motocross delle Nazioni 2020 dovrebbe ancora svolgersi in un altro paese per essere annunciato al più presto il 26/27 settembre. Inoltre, possiamo anche confermare il nostro desiderio di tornare in Francia nel 2023 per l’organizzazione di questo evento che rimane il più popolare al mondo per il fuoristrada sul circuito. Vorrei ringraziare il Moto-Club di Ernée, nonché la FFM, i team di volontari e i rispettivi presidenti per la determinazione e la collaborazione in questo evento ”.
Philippe Lecomte, Presidente del Moto-Club d ‘Ernée: “Dall’annuncio ufficiale dell’organizzazione del Motocross des Nations 2020 sul nostro circuito, l’intero team del Moto-Club si è mobilitato senza contare per organizzare un evento al culmine delle ultime due edizioni che abbiamo ospitato nel 2005 e 2015. Alla luce dei vincoli di salute associati alla pandemia del COVID 19 e date le molte incertezze relative alle condizioni organizzative di settembre, siamo costretti a chiedere il riporto del Motocross of Nations 2020. Questa decisione è la scelta della ragione di fronte a un rischio sanitario e finanziario molto importante. Oltre allo sport, è un intero territorio che si trova privo di benefici economici. Ho un’idea per i nostri partner, sponsor e fornitori che si sono impegnati in questo progetto. Vorrei ringraziare Jacques Bolle e la federazione Française de Motorcycling nonché David Luongo e la Society In Front per il loro sostegno e impegno nel club durante questo complicato periodo di vita per l’intera squadra. L’obiettivo del club è riprendersi rapidamente e ti sto già dando un appuntamento per il Motocross delle Nazioni 2023 “.

Based on the uncertainty of the number of spectators that will be possible to host at the end of September and the economic risks that this creates, the Moto Club of Ernée preferred to abandon the organization of this prestigious competition in 2020.
The FIM, the FFM, Infront Moto Racing and the Moto Club of Ernée have decided by mutual agreement to postpone this competition until 2023.
Jacques Bolle, President of the federation French of Motorcycling: “I am very sorry because this major competition would have allowed France to experience a beautiful event this year where traffic drivers have shone many times. However, I fully understand the position of the Moto Club of Ernée, the risks were too high. Nevertheless, I am delighted to know that this great event will be back in France in 2023. I thank David Luongo and the company Infront Moto Racing for their listening and constructive spirit on this issue”.
David Luongo, President of Infront Moto Racing: “Despite the great sadness, we understand the decision of the club and the FFM on the delay of the Monster Energy Motocross of Nations in France. It is clear that despite the efforts of all the parties in recent months, the situation in France regarding the constraints of organizing major popular events and the health instructions of government authorities seemed to be untenable for the Moto-Club d ‘ Ernée. Despite this, the Motocross of Nations 2020 should still take place in another country to be announced as soon as possible on September 26/27 In addition, we can also confirm our desire to return to France in 2023 for the organization of this event which remains the most popular in the world for the all-terrain on the of circuit. This decision is the choice of reason in the face of a very important health and financial risk. Beyond sport, it is a whole territory that finds itself deprived of economic benefits. I have a thought for our partners, sponsors and providers who have engaged in this project. I would like to thank Jacques Bolle and the federation Française de Motorcycling as well as David Luongo and the Society In Front for their support and commitment to the club throughout this complicated period to live for the whole team.
