2020 FIM JUNIOR WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP CANCELLED

MONACO) Principato di Monaco 4 giugno 2020 – È con grande rammarico che Infront Moto Racing e la FIM debbano informare il 2020 FIM Junior Motocross World Championship, originariamente previsto per l’8-9 agosto a Megalopolis, in Grecia, non si svolgerà quest’anno.

A causa dell’attuale pandemia di COVID-19 e delle restrizioni globali introdotte per motivi di sicurezza, molti degli eventi del 2020 sono stati costretti a essere riprogrammati in un secondo momento.

Per quanto riguarda i Campionati del mondo di Motocross Junior FIM 85cc e 125cc e la Coppa del Mondo di Motocross Junior FIM 65cc organizzata per i giovani piloti di tutto il mondo, l’evento non ha potuto essere riprogrammato oltre la fine di agosto, poiché molti dei piloti di età compresa tra 10-17 anni torneranno a scuola, ed è stato considerato che la loro istruzione rimane la priorità assoluta.

Non vediamo l’ora che arrivi il 2021, quando vedremo il ritorno dell’attesissimo evento per i giovani. Vorremmo ringraziare la FIM, l’organizzatore locale, nonché tutti i partecipanti e i nostri fan per il loro continuo supporto durante questo difficile periodo.

(MONACO) Principality of Monaco 4th June 2020 – It is with great regret that Infront Moto Racing and the FIM must inform the 2020 FIM Junior Motocross World Championship, originally scheduled to take place on the 8th – 9th of August in Megalopolis, Greece, will not be taking place this year. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and the global restrictions put in place for safety reasons, many of the 2020 events have been forced to be rescheduled to a later date. Regarding the FIM 85cc and 125cc Junior Motocross World Championships and the FIM 65cc Junior Motocross World Cup organised for young riders from all over the world, the event could not be rescheduled beyond the end of August, as many of the riders aged between 10-17 years old will be back at school / college, and it was considered that their education remains the absolute priority. We look forward to 2021 when we will see the return of the highly anticipated youth event. We would like to thank the FIM, the local organiser, as well as all participants and our fans for their continued support during this difficult period.
