MONACO (Principato di Monaco) 12 maggio 2020 – Infront Moto Racing e la FIM desiderano informare che sono state apportate modifiche al calendario delle gare del campionato mondiale FIM Motocross 2020.

Con l’attuale pandemia di COVID-19, molti paesi sono stati bloccati e grandi raduni sono stati proibiti. A causa dell’adozione di tali misure al fine di preservare la sicurezza del pubblico, le modifiche che seguono sono state inevitabili.

Alcuni eventi di luglio sono stati rinviati o cancellati. Le modifiche al calendario sono le seguenti; Il MXGP della Russia, che avrebbe dovuto svolgersi dal 4 al 5 luglio, si sposterà ora dal 1 al 2 agosto, inoltre il MXGP della Lettonia che doveva svolgersi l’11-12 luglio sarà ora avverrà l’8-9 agosto sul circuito di Kegums.

Ciò significa che il Monster Energy MXGP del Belgio e il MXGP della Germania, che si terranno in queste date, saranno riprogrammati. Il MXGP del Belgio si svolgerà ora dal 24 al 25 ottobre, nel frattempo la data per il GP di Germania, insieme a MXGP della Repubblica Ceca e MXGP dell’Emilia Romagna (Imola), che vedrà anche un cambio di data , rimane ora come TBA e verrà presto annunciato.

Sfortunatamente, alcuni eventi non avranno più luogo e questo include il MXGP d’Italia a Maggiora, che era previsto per il 18-19 luglio, così come il MXGP della Francia a St. Jean d’Angely, con entrambi gli eventi annullati per la stagione 2020, ma su una nota positiva i fan francesi tra gli altri saranno ancora in grado di godersi il miglior evento off-road del mondo con l’epico Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations che si svolgerà dal 26 al 27 settembre al popolare circuito Ernée.

Nel frattempo, ulteriori informazioni sul Campionato mondiale FIM Junior Motocross originariamente previsto per Megalopoli, in Grecia, dall’8 al 9 agosto, arriveranno presto.

Vorremmo ringraziare la FIM, la FIM Europa, nonché tutte le Federazioni Nazionali e gli organizzatori locali per il loro supporto e cooperazione in questo momento difficile.

Vorremmo anche ringraziare tutti per la comprensione durante questo periodo, poiché lavoriamo duramente per preservare il più possibile il campionato 2020 prendendo in considerazione e rispettando tutti i protocolli in atto e monitorando tutti gli annunci nazionali giorno per giorno al fine di garantire la sicurezza di tutti i soggetti coinvolti.

MONACO (Principality of Monaco) 12 May 2020 – Infront Moto Racing and the FIM would like to inform that there have been changes made to the 2020 FIM Motocross World Championship racing calendar.

With the current COVID-19 pandemic, many countries have been in lockdown and big gatherings have been prohibited. Due to these measures being put in place in order to preserve the safety of the public, the changes below have been unavoidable.

Certain events in July have been postponed or cancelled. The calendar changes are as follows; The MXGP of Russia, that was scheduled to take place on the 4^th– 5^th of July, will now move to the 1^st– 2^nd of August, additionally the MXGP of Latvia that was due to take place on the 11^th– 12^th of July will now be happening on the 8^th– 9^th of August at the Kegums circuit.

This means that the Monster Energy MXGP of Belgium and the MXGP of Germanydue to take place on these dates, will be rescheduled.  The MXGP of Belgium will now be taking place on the 24^th – 25^th of October, meanwhile the date for the German GP, along with the MXGP of Czech Republic and the MXGP of Emilia Romagna (Imola), that will also see a change of date, remains now as TBA and will also be announced soon.

Unfortunately, certain events will no longer be taking place and this includes the MXGP of Italy in Maggiora, which was scheduled for the 18^th-19^th of July, as well as the MXGP of France in St. Jean d’Angely, with both events cancelled for the 2020 season but on a positive note French fans among the rest will still be able to enjoy the best off road event in the world with the epic Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations set to take place on the 26^th – 27^th of September at the popular Ernée circuit.

Meanwhile, more information on the FIM Junior Motocross World Championship originally scheduled Megalopolis, Greece on the 8th – 9th of August, will be coming soon.

We would also like to thank everyone for their understanding during this period, as we work hard to preserve as much of the 2020 championship as possible taking into consideration and respecting all protocols in place and monitoring all national announcements day-by-day in order to ensure the safety of everyone involved.
