“Penso che sarà difficile per loro” Quartararo cauto sul sesto successo consecutivo del Team France alla MXoN 2019
La sensazione del pilota MotoGP Fabio Quartararo è convinto che il Team Francia, campione del mondo di Motocross delle Nazioni, sia in grado di siglare un sesto titolo consecutivo questo fine settimana al TT Circuit Assen.
Il 21enne francese, che ha scalato il podio della MotoGP quattro volte nella sua stagione di debutto, è un appassionato motociclista e fan di MXGP e crede che le probabilità siano alte contro Gautier Paulin, Jordi Tixier e Maxime Renaux che sollevano il trofeo Chamberlain per la settima volta dal 2001. La 73a edizione del ‘MXoN’ si svolge sulla pista sabbiosa temporanea costruita sul famoso asfalto di Assen in Olanda settentrionale: la prima visita nel paese dal 2004.
“Penso che sarà difficile per loro”, ha dichiarato esclusivamente il pilota del Petronas Yamaha Sepang Racing Team. “Abbiamo visto che [Jeffrey] Herlings è tornato e [Glenn] Coldenhoff stava andando molto veloce alla fine della stagione. Sicuramente stiamo spingendo per il Team France, ma penso che l’Olanda sarà così veloce lì. ”
Il Team France è stato ancora una volta fonte di maggiori controversie sulla selezione quando il debuttante Red Bull KTM MX2 Tom Vialle, che è arrivato quarto nel campionato del mondo FIM nella sua prima stagione e ha anche vinto il Grand Prix of Sweden, è stato espulso dalla formazione della Federazione per una controversia riguardante lo spazio pubblicitario sul limite ufficiale. Il suo posto è stato riempito dal promettente Maxime Renaux.
“Renaux è bravo e” sta crescendo “, ma penso che Vialle abbia un po ‘più di esperienza nella parte anteriore e questo è importante in questi tipi di gare”, ha commentato Quaratararo.

MotoGP sensation Fabio Quartararo is coy on reigning Motocross of Nations champions Team France being able to seal a sixth consecutive title this weekend at TT Circuit Assen.
The 21 year old Frenchman, who has climbed the MotoGP podium four times in his debut season, is a keen motocrosser and fan of MXGP and believes the odds are high against Gautier Paulin, Jordi Tixier and Maxime Renaux hoisting the Chamberlain trophy for the seventh time since 2001. The 73rd edition of the ‘MXoN’ is taking place on the temporary sandy track constructed across the famous Assen asphalt in northern Holland: the first visit to the country since 2004.
“I think it will be difficult for them,” the Petronas Yamaha Sepang Racing Team rider said exclusively. “We have seen that [Jeffrey] Herlings Herlings is back and [Glenn] Coldenhoff was going really fast at the end of the season. For sure we are pushing for Team France but I think Holland will be so fast there.”
Team France were again the source of more selection controversy when Red Bull KTM MX2 rookie Tom Vialle, who finished fourth in the FIM World Championship in his first season and also won the Grand Prix of Sweden, was ejected from the line-up by the French Federation over a dispute concerning advertising space on the official cap. His spot was filled by promising upcomer Maxime Renaux. “Renaux is good and ‘coming up’ but I think Vialle has a little bit more experience at the front and that’s important at these types of races,” Quaratararo offered.
