Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship Highlights:
MB Tractor & Equipment Southwick National

The 2019 Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship reached its halfway point during its annual visit to New England’s legendary The Wick 338. The most storied sand track in American motocross has thrilled fans for nearly four decades, and this year’s running of the MB Tractor & Equipment Southwick National provided the trademark competition that has become synonymous with the Western Massachusetts venue.

In the 450 Class, Red Bull KTM Factory Racing’s Marvin Musquin carried the momentum into Southwick following his first overall win of the season the previous weekend in Florida. He kept it going at the sandbox with an impressive performance that saw him become the first rider this season to capture back-to-back victory. The win also vaulted the Frenchman up to second in the 450 Class standings, where he’ll look to keep chipping away at his deficit to Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Eli Tomac over the second half of the summer.

In the 250 Class, Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki’s Adam Cianciarulo was in search of a rebound after his four-round winning streak was snapped in Florida. The championship leader rose to the occasion in Southwick, and emerged with his fifth win in six races to extend his lead in the championship standings.

Watch how the action unfolded from The Wick 338!
