Ferris Withdraws From Next Two MXGP Rounds

Dean Ferris non parteciperà al MXGP dei Paesi Bassi a Valkenswaard questo fine settimana a causa di un infortunio al ginocchio che ha sostenuto al MXGP della Gran Bretagna cinque giorni fa, ma è stato costretto a ritirarsi dal turno olandese a causa di complicazioni al ginocchio.

Il 28enne australiano tornerà a casa in Australia, il 30 marzo, dove esaminerà il suo ginocchio da medici professionisti. Non parteciperà al GP del Trentino, che si svolgerà sul circuito di Pietramurata in Italia il prossimo fine settimana, l’8 aprile.

Monster Energy Yamaha Factory Romain Febvre della MXGP sta facendo progressi costanti con la riabilitazione della sua caviglia. Un aggiornamento sul ritorno delle corse del francese sarà condiviso dopo il suo prossimo appuntamento con il chirurgo ortopedico.

Dean Ferris will not participate at the MXGP of The Netherlands in Valkenswaard this weekend as a result of a minor knee injury he sustained at the MXGP of Great Britain five days ago. 

Ferris was expected to fill Romain Febvre’s seat under the Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP awning at MXGP rounds in Great Britain, The Netherlands and Trentino, but has been forced to withdraw from the Dutch round due to complications with his knee. 

The 28-year-old Australian will return home to Australia tomorrow, March 30th, where he will have his knee examined by medical professionals. He will not attend the MXGP of Trentino, which is set to take place at the circuit of Pietramurata in Italy next weekend, April 8th. 

Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP’s Romain Febvre is making steady progress with the rehabilitation of his ankle. An update on the Frenchman’s return to racing will be shared after his next appointment with the orthopaedic surgeon.
