Max Anstie firma con Standing Construct per il Mondiale Motocross 2019, dopo mesi di speculazioni, il pilota inglese ha acquisito un accordo per il Campionato Mondiale FIM Motocross 2019. Anstie ha firmato un contratto di un anno con Standing Construct KTM, quindi ssrà accanto a Glenn Coldenhoff e Ivo Monticelli in ogni singolo round della serie Grand Prix.
“Non vedo l’ora che arrivi il 2019”, ha dichiarato Max Anstie. “Il team di KTM di Standing Construct è un grande equipaggio, abbiamo un materiale eccezionale e un programma solido, saremo pronti a esibirci nel 2019. Sono molto grato a KTM e Tim per aver fatto in modo che ciò accadesse e dandomi questa opportunità.”
“Sono molto felice di aver firmato con Max per guidare il nostro team nel 2019”, ha detto Tim Mathys, il team manager. “Già nel periodo MX2 eravamo seriamente interessati a Max e anche all’inizio di questa stagione abbiamo mostrato interesse per lui. Con il supporto di KTM siamo riusciti a trovare un accordo e penso che abbiamo una squadra forte in vista della stagione MXGP 2019. ”
Max Anstie ha concluso decimo nella classe regina in questa stagione, nonostante il fatto che abbia saltato il round tre a cinque con un infortunio alla testa, e alla fine è atterrato sul podio generale tre volte.

Max Anstie secures contract for 2019, has acquired a deal for the 2019 FIM Motocross World Championship. Anstie has signed a one-year contract with Standing Construct KTM with Glenn Coldenhoff and Ivo Monticelli.
“I’m really looking forward to 2019,” Max Anstie said. “The Standing Construct KTM team are a great crew, we have great material and a solid programme. We will be ready to perform in 2019! I’m very grateful to KTM and Tim for making this happen and giving me this opportunity.”
“I am very happy to have signed Max to ride for our team in 2019,” the Team Manager Tim Mathys said. “Already in our MX2 period we were seriously interested in Max and also earlier this season we showed interest in him. With the support of KTM we managed to find an agreement and I think that we have a strong team heading into the 2019 MXGP season.”
