Monster Energy Kawasaki Announces 2019 Team
Monster Energy Kawasaki annuncia il Team 2019, come il Monster Energy / Pro Circuit / Kawasaki annuncia la sua squadra di quattro piloti.
25 settembre 2018 – Il team di Monster Energy® Kawasaki ritorna con una squadra di volti noti che cercano di continuare a vincere nel 2019. La Kawasaki ha avuto un anno di successi in Monster Energy AMA Supercross e AMA Pro Motocross in entrambe le classi, accumulando una seconda serie consecutiva. Il campionato di motocross con 20 vittorie complessive negli eventi. Per il 2019, il roster di Monster Energy Kawasaki vedrà la partecipazione del due volte campione AMA Pro Motocross Eli Tomac, e il debutto in prima classe arrivato dal team Monster Energy / Pro Circuit / Kawasaki, il numero 17 di Joey Savatgy.

Fresco di vincere il campionato 450MX, Tomac inizierà a lavorare sul nuovissimo KX450 2019 e manterrà lo slancio mentre rappresenta gli Stati Uniti al FIM Monster Energy Motocross of Nations il 6-7 ottobre a RedBud. Tomac e il suo nuovo compagno di scuderia Joey Savatgy si recheranno poi a Las Vegas il 13 ottobre per combattere nel deserto per l’ambita “Monster Million” all’annuale Monster Energy Cup. Segnando il suo quarto anno con la Kawasaki, Tomac dimostra inesorabilmente di essere il miglior contendente nella classe regina dopo il suo sostanziale successo nel 2018 e aver vinto il 50 percento di entrambe le gare di supercross e motocross nelle ultime due stagioni. Nel frattempo, Savatgy abbraccia le nuove sfide che lo aspettano di essere nella classe regina con una stagione più lunga e una nuova competizione.
Tornando al team Monster Energy / Pro Circuit / Kawasaki per il 2019 a bordo delle loro moto KX ™ 250 ci sono Adam Cianciarulo, Austin Forkner, Martin Davalos e Garrett Marchbanks. Esperti veterani, Davalos, Cianciarulo e Forkner hanno dimostrato di essere una forza da non sottovalutare ogni fine settimana, mentre il giovane Garrett Marchbanks punta ad aggiungere il suo nome alla lunga lista di campioni storici che hanno gareggiato con il Monster Energy / Pro Circuit / Kawasaki. Questa sarà la prima stagione completa di Marchbanks con la squadra. Cianciarulo, Forkner e Marchbanks sono tutti prodotti del programma Kawasaki Team Green ™ leader del settore.

September 25th, 2018 – Monster Energy® Kawasaki race team returns with a team of familiar faces looking to continue their winning ways in 2019. Kawasaki had a successful year in Monster Energy AMA Supercross and AMA Pro Motocross in both classes, accruing a second-consecutive motocross championship and 20 overall event wins. For 2019, the Monster Energy Kawasaki roster will feature two-time defending AMA Pro Motocross Champion Eli Tomac, and making his premier class debut, graduating from the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team is the No. 17 of Joey Savatgy.
“We are well into preparations for the 2019 season,” said Monster Energy Kawasaki race team Senior Manager, Dan Fahie. “We have a strong team and a unique opportunity where our riders are really looking forward to riding the all-new KX™450 motorcycle. The entire team is prepared and excited for the new season and the success that lies ahead.”
Fresh off of winning the 450MX Championship, Tomac will get straight to work on the all- new 2019 KX450 and keep the momentum going as he represents the United States at the FIM Monster Energy Motocross of Nations on October 6-7th at RedBud. Tomac and his new stable-mate Joey Savatgy will then head to Las Vegas on October 13th to battle in the desert for the coveted “Monster Million” at the annual Monster Energy Cup. Marking his fourth year with Kawasaki, Tomac relentlessly proves to be a top contender in the premier class after his substantial success in 2018 and having won 50 percent of both the supercross and motocross races over the last two seasons. Meanwhile, Savatgy embraces the new challenges ahead of him of being in the premier class with a longer season, and all new competition.
Returning to the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki race team for 2019 aboard their KX™250 motorcycles are Adam Cianciarulo, Austin Forkner, Martin Davalos, and Garrett Marchbanks. Seasoned veterans, Davalos, Cianciarulo, and Forkner have proven they are a force to be reckoned with each weekend, while young gun Garrett Marchbanks aims to add his name to the long list of historic champions that have competed under the Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki awning. This will be Marchbanks’ first full season with the team. Cianciarulo, Forkner and Marchbanks are all products of the industry-leading Kawasaki Team Green™ program.
“We have a great team for the 2019 season,” said Mitch Payton, Pro Circuit owner. “I intend to provide all the necessary tools to our riders to help them reach their full potential. I have high expectations for them and know they will all do well each weekend.”
