MXGP E LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA PRESENTATO IN SPAGNA

 

MONACO (Principato di Monaco), 11 ottobre 2017 – L’MXGP di La Comunitat Valenciana, che si terrà il 24 e 25 marzo 2018 a RedSand a Castellón, è stato ufficialmente presentato ieri nella zona antartica dell’Oceanographic di Valencia. L’evento segnerà il ritorno del GP in Spagna dopo l’ultima gara di Talavera de la Reina nel 2016.

La presentazione con più di 80 persone tra i media, gli ospiti speciali ei piloti è stata condotta da Daniele Rizzi Direttore Youthstream, Juanjo Gimeno Direttore Generale di RedSand, Luis Martínez membro del Consiglio di Sport di Castellón, Vicent Marzá Ministro dell’Istruzione Cultura e Sport della Generalitat Valenciana, Francesc Colomer, José Miquel Moya, Direttore Generale dello Sport nella Generalitat Valenciana, e José Luis Berenguer Presidente della Federazione Motociclistica di Valencia.

Youthstream e RedSand hanno firmato un accordo di cinque anni e nel 2018 l’MXGP di La Comunitat Valenciana ospiterà anche un round di EMX250 e un round di EMX125. Durante l’evento saranno organizzate diverse attività, tra cui concerti legati al famoso festival di musica a Benicasim.

Molti importanti piloti spagnoli come Iker Larrañaga (MX2), David Braceras (85cc), Mario Roman (Enduro Extreme), Kiran Marabet (Enduro) hanno partecipato alla presentazione in quanto non volevano perdere l’annuncio storico per motocross in Spagna.

Il direttore di Youthstream Daniele Rizzi ha dichiarato: “Vorremmo ringraziare tutti coloro che hanno reso possibile questo accordo, ma una menzione speciale va a Juanjo Gimeno, che è stato molto interessato ad avere un GP a RedSand per diversi anni. Dobbiamo dire che RedSand è cresciuto molto negli ultimi anni e ha ottenuto un riconoscimento internazionale, poiché molti team di MXGP e MX2 utilizzano le loro strutture durante l’offseason. ”

Il direttore generale di RedSand, Juanjo Gimeno, ha dichiarato: “Il nostro progetto è molto ambizioso e vogliamo diventare un referente in Spagna a livello nazionale ed internazionale, come gli eventi già celebrati a Valencia come la Volvo Ocean’s Race o la gara MotoGP. Il turismo è il motore della Comunitat Valenciana e il nostro obiettivo è collegarlo allo sport e farli crescere insieme. Avere un accordo di cinque anni con Youthstream ci dà una stabilità che ci aiuterà a diventare un referente in Europa “.

MXGP OF LA COMUNITAT VALENCIANA PRESENTED IN SPAIN

MONACO (Principality of Monaco), 11 October 2017 – The MXGP of La Comunitat Valenciana, which will take place on the 24 and 25 of March 2018 at RedSand in Castellón, was officially presented yesterday at the Antarctic area at the Oceanographic in Valencia. The event will mark the return of MXGP to Spain after the last race in Talavera de la Reina in 2016.

The presentation to more than 80 people including media, special guests, and riders, was hosted by Daniele Rizzi, Youthstream Director, Juanjo Gimeno, General Manager of RedSand, Luis Martínez, Sports board member of Castellón, Vicent Marzá, Minister of Education, Culture and Sport of la Generalitat Valenciana, Francesc Colomer, José Miquel Moya, General Director of Sports in la Generalitat Valenciana, and José Luis Berenguer, President of the Motorcycling Federation in Valencia.

Youthstream and RedSand have signed a 5-year agreement and in 2018 the MXGP of La Comunitat Valenciana will also host a round of EMX250 and a round of EMX125. During the event several activities will be organized in conjunction, such as concerts linked to the well-known music festival at Benicasim.

Several important Spanish riders such as Iker Larrañaga (MX2), David Braceras (85cc), Mario Roman (Enduro Extreme), Kiran Marabet (Enduro) also attended the presentation as they didn’t want to miss the historic announcement for motocross in Spain.

Youthstream Director Daniele Rizzi said: “We would like to thank everybody that made this agreement possible, but a special mention goes to Juanjo Gimeno, who has been very keen on having an MXGP at RedSand for several years. We must say that RedSand has grown a lot in the last few years and it has achieved international recognition as many MXGP and MX2 teams use their facilities during the offseason.”

RedSand General Manager Juanjo Gimeno stated: “Our project is very ambitious and we want to become a referent in Spain at a national and international level, as the events that are already celebrated in Valencia such as the Volvo Ocean’s Race or the MotoGP race. Tourism is the engine of la Comunitat Valenciana and our goal is to link it with sport and make them both grow together. Having a 5-year agreement with Youthstream gives us a stability which will help us to become a referent in Europe.”
