Revised Kawasaki Grand Prix stucture for 2018?
La Kawasaki dovrebbe annunciare la loro pianificazione per il futuro a breve in MXGP nelle prossime settimane con un’intensa speculazione per il team Monster Energy MX2 (ex CLS) che sta cercando di fermarsi dai Grand Prix o ridurre i propri sforzi.
L’equipaggio francese ha ottenuto notevoli successi negli ultimi cinque anni con Tommy Searle e Dylan Ferrandis, ma gli attuali piloti Adam Sterry e Petar Petrov – infortunio al ginocchio e alle spalle – non sono stati rinnovati per il 2018. Sterry è stato informato dello scioglimento dal suo contratto biennale al Grand Prix del Belgio e Petrov invecchia per la MX2 nel 2018 ha dovuto trovare una sella MXGP. Gli atleti sembrano non essere stati sostituito per la prossima stagione.
Monster Energy DRT Kawasaki si aspetta di affrontare con Darian Sanayei il secondo di un contratto di due anni mentre il russo Vsevolod Brylyakov ha già lasciato la squadra per andare con Kemea Yamaha. L’equipaggio di Steve Dixon potrebbe schierare Tommy Searle per il terzo anno consecutivo sulla KX450F nella classe primaria, anche se è possibile che la squadra britannica diventi lo sforzo completo di Kawasaki MX2. Questa nozione sembra essere irrealistica con un solo pilota. Kawasaki non è salito sul podio in MX2 quest’anno, ma ha goduto del successo EMX250 con Morgan Lesiardo.
Monster Energy Kawasaki ha firmato Clement Desalle per un nuovo affare di due anni e con Julien Lieber, nella classe premiata MXGP nel 2018. Bud Racing aveva lasciato i Gran Premi per concentrarsi sulla concorrenza del campionato europeo e ha ottenuto il successo EMX125 con Brian Strubhard Moreau in sella ad un KTM.

Revised Kawasaki Grand Prix structure for 2018?
Kawasaki are expected to announce their planning for the short-to-mid-term future in MXGP in the coming weeks with intense speculation that the Monster Energy MX2 team (formerly CLS) are looking to stop Grand Prix competition or downsize in their efforts.
The French crew have enjoyed considerable success in the last five years with Tommy Searle and Dylan Ferrandis but current riders Adam Sterry and Petar Petrov – nursing knee and shoulder injuries respectively – have not been renewed for 2018. Sterry was informed of his two-year contract dissolution at the Grand Prix of Belgium and Petrov ages-out of MX2 for 2018 and had to find an MXGP saddle. Neither athlete seems to have been replaced for the coming season.
Monster Energy DRT Kawasaki are expected to field Darian Sanayei for the second of a two year contract while Russian Vsevolod Brylyakov has already left the team to join Kemea Yamaha. Steve Dixon’s crew could run Tommy Searle for the third year in a row on KX450F machinery in the premier class, although there was scope for the British squad to become Kawasaki’s full works MX2 effort. This notion appears to be unrealistic with just one rider. Kawasaki have not climbed the podium in MX2 this year but have enjoyed EMX250 success with Morgan Lesiardo.
Monster Energy Kawasaki signed Clement Desalle to a new two year deal and with run premier class rookie Julien Lieber in MXGP in 2018. Bud Racing had left Grand Prix to focus on European Championship competition and scored EMX125 title success with Brian Strubhard Moreau riding a KTM.
