Un altro appuntamento saltato per Cooper Webb, il rookie della Yamaha Factory è alle prese con la sua spalla infortunata, forse perché Daytona è tosta e potrebbe compromettere maggiormente la spalla infortunata, speriamo possa tornare presto anche se il campionato ormai è andato, vedremo se nel National che partirà a Maggio potrà regalarci emozioni!
Yamaha ha annunciato che Cooper Webb perderà il round 10 del Monster Energy Supercross questo fine settimana a Daytona. Secondo Keith McCarty, Motorsports il responsabile reparto corse Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., Webb era il prova per la sua spalla oggi prima di decidere che si sarebbe tirato fuori questo fine settimana.
“Cooper è andato Mercoledì a testare l’idoneità della sua spalla, in prova, a bordo della sua #2 Yamaha YZ450F, ma lui non si sente ancora pronto per tornare a correre”, ha detto McCarty. “La pista di Daytona può essere uno dei più difficili tracciati in programma Supercross, ed è certamente il posto per un pilota che non è al 100%. Cooper continua la riabilitazione in modo aggressivo alla sua spalla per tornare dai suoi fans e alle corse nel minor tempo possibile “.
La squadra deve ancora annunciare una data di ritorno per il rookie.

Yamaha announced today that would miss round 10 of Monster Energy Supercross this weekend at Daytona. According to Keith McCarty, motorsports racing division manager for Yamaha Motor Corporation, U.S.A., Webb tested his shoulder today before deciding that he would sit out this weekend.
“Cooper gave it a go on Wednesday and tested the fitness of his shoulder in practice aboard his #2 Yamaha YZ450F, but he doesn’t feel that he’s ready yet to return to racing,” said McCarty. “The Daytona track can be one of the toughest on the Supercross schedule, and it’s certainly no place for a rider who is not 100%. Cooper will continue to aggressively rehab his shoulder and get back to his fans and racing as quickly as possible.”
The team has yet to announce a return date for the rookie.
