Tim Gajser, rivelazione della classe MXGP, realizzerà un’altra parte del suo sogno nel motocross professionale alla fine dell’anno, gareggiando nella Monster Energy Cup.
In sella alla Honda CRF450RW che lo ha visto dominare il campionato del mondo MXGP nella sua stagione da rookie, la star del Team Honda Gariboldi Racing supportata da Monster Energy porterà il suo stile spettacolare GT243 a Las Vegas il 15 ottobre, desideroso di saggiare la scena supercross e incontrare i suoi fans americani
Tim Gajser: “E ‘stato uno dei miei sogni fin da quando ero un bambino correre in America, e davvero non vedo l’ora per la Monster Energy Cup. Abbiamo parlato con la Honda e la squadra per la possibilità di farlo e tutti hanno raggiunto un accordo, così ora posso dire con entusiasmo che correrò la Monster Energy Cup!
“Tutte le volte che ho postato una foto su Instagram e Facebook ho avuto così tanti commenti per venire negli Stati Uniti e correre in America, è pazzesco! E ‘davvero bello vedere che così tante persone che vogliono vedermi gareggiare lì, e ho così tanti tifosi e tale sostegno negli Stati Uniti, non vedo l’ora di incontrare i fan anche lì.
“E ‘bene che i fan americani siano alla ricerca di più MXGP e iniziano a seguire i GP molto di più ora. Credo che hanno iniziato già con Villopoto quando è venuto qui l’anno scorso, e anche quando è venuto Chad Reed, poi hanno continuato a seguirlo perché hanno visto che noi siamo veramente veloci.
“Mi alleno molto sulla mia pista supercross, ma non ho mai corso o anche stato uno spettatore ad una corsa di supercross all’interno di uno stadio prima così sarà tutto completamente nuovo per me. Non so cosa aspettarmi, ma so che sarà enorme! Certo che sono stato negli Stati Uniti per il GP, quando ho vinto il titolo MX2 lo scorso anno, ma penso che lo spettacolo sarà pazzesco, come non ho mai visto prima.
“Non sento alcuna pressione, non vedo l’ora solo di andare lì. Mi sento come un bambino a Natale! Vado senza aspettativa di risultati , solo per divertirmi e godermi l’intera esperienza. Tutta la squadra ed io siamo davvero entusiasti e impazienti assai! “

Honda’s MXGP sensation Tim Gajser will fulfil another part of his professional motocross dream at the end of the year as he will compete at the Monster Energy Cup.

“It’s been one of my dreams since I was a kid to race in America, and I really can’t wait for the Monster Energy Cup. We talked with Honda and the team about the chance of doing it and we all came to an agreement, so now I can say with excitement I’m racing the Monster Energy Cup!
“All the time when I post pictures on Instagram and Facebook I get so many comments about coming to the US and coming to race in America, it’s crazy! It’s really great to see that so many people want to see me race over there, and that I have so many fans and such support in the US, and I’m really looking forward to meeting the fans there too.
“It’s good that the American fans are looking more at MXGP and starting to follow the GPs much more now. I think they started already with Villopoto when he came here last year, and also when Chad Reed came, then they continued following because they saw that we are really fast.
“I train a lot on my supercross track, but I have never raced or even been a spectator at a supercross race inside a stadium before so it will all be totally new for me. I don’t know what to expect, but I know it will be huge! Of course I’ve been in the US for the GP when I won the MX2 title last year, but I think the show will be just crazy, like I’ve never seen before.
“I don’t feel any pressure at all, I just can’t wait to go there. I feel like a kid at Christmas! I go with no results expectation, just to have fun and soak up the whole experience. All the team and I are really excited about it and looking forward to it so much!”
