Fredrik Noren to Fill In For Injured Cole Seely
TORRANCE, California (Agosto 2016) – Team Honda HRC ha annunciato oggi che l’attuale vincitore del Rocky Mountain MC Honda Fredrik Noren sostituirà l’infortunato Cole Seely in vista delle ultime tre gare del campionato AMA Pro Motocross: il 13 agosto Unadilla, il 20 agosto Budds Creek e il 27 agosto Ironman.
Questo segnerà il terzo stint che lo svedese ha servito come pilota sostituto a bordo di un CRF450R per la squadra factory. Mentre stava sotto la tenda del Team Honda HRC nel 2015, Noren ha inviato il suo career-best results, tra cui un risultato di manche al quinto posto a Spring Creek MX Park di Minnesota per un settimo assoluto. TORRANCE, Calif. (Aug. 2016) – Team Honda HRC announces today that current Rocky Mountain MC Honda rider Fredrik Noren will fill in for the injured Cole Seely at the final three rounds of the AMA Pro Motocross Championship: the August 13 Unadilla National, the August 20 Budds Creek National and the August 27 Ironman National.
This will mark the third stint that the Swede has served as a substitute rider aboard a CRF450R for the factory team. While pitting under the Team Honda HRC tent in 2015, Noren posted his career-best finishes, including a fifth-place moto result at Minnesota’s Spring Creek MX Park for seventh overall. He also notched a seventh overall at Michigan’s RedBud National.
“We’re excited to have Freddie back under our tent,” said Team Honda HRC manager Dan Betley. “We have a longstanding relationship with him, so he understands our bike and program, which has been a big asset to our team over the years. I’m confident in his ability to deliver solid results through the final rounds of the season. I’d also like to thank Rocky Mountain MC Honda for making Freddie available to us.”
