Bogle to Pilot 450 for Final Rounds
NEW BERLIN, NY (6 agosto) – Justin Bogle farà il suo debutto a bordo di una moto 450cc GEICO Honda al Red Bull Unadilla National Sabato ad Unadilla Motocross.
Bogle sta tornando da un infortunio alla spalla e correrà sulla 450 lasciata libera da Eli Tomac all’inizio di questa stagione. Bogle correrà nella classe 450 per gli ultimi tre eventi Pro Motocross del 2015.
“E ‘un opportunità per me”, ha detto Bogle. “Ho lavorato per tutto il tempo che stavo male, cercando di fare il massimo da ogni opportunità ogni giorno per prepararmi. Sto provenendo dalla panchina, ma io sono molto fiducioso in me stesso e quello che posso fare. Sono entusiasta di GEICO Honda e provare a mescolarmi con i ragazzi del grande classe 450. Dovrebbe essere divertente, e io sono impaziente di esso. ”
Bogle ha vinto il campionato 250 Est serie Supercross nel 2014 e arrivato secondo nella classe di quest’anno. Ha subito un infortunio alla spalla nella gara di apertura della stagione di motocross in Hangtown e ha saltato le ultime otto gare.
“La salute è bene, ma un po ‘ duro, ma starò bene» Bogle, ha detto. “Sto andando senza reali aspettative. Spero solo di mettere il mio nome nel mix e fare come posso. So che se lo faccio, sarò soddisfatto.”
Tomac ha vinto le prime cinque manche e le prime due gare della stagione a bordo della moto 450 prima di un crash che ha concluso la sua stagione.
“Aveva la moto che funziona molto bene”, ha detto Bogle. “Sono molto eccitato per questo, la moto è impressionante io sono solo pronto con il programma di gara nella classe 450 per il mio debutto ad Unadilla che è stata buona con me in passato, quindi è una buona gara.. per rendere il mio ritorno soft di sicuro.
“Sto andando a fare le mie cose e vedere cosa succede. Vediamo dove finisco dopo il fine settimana e capiremo da lì.”

Bogle is coming back from a shoulder injury and will race the 450 bike vacated by Eli Tomac earlier this season. Bogle will race in the 450 class for the final three Pro Motocross events of 2015. “It’s a cool opportunity for me,” Bogle said. “I’ve been working the whole time I was hurt, trying to make the most out of each opportunity each day that I have here to prepare. It’s going to be tough coming off the bench, but I’m very confident in myself and what I can do. I’m excited to put that GEICO Honda up there and try to mix it up with the guys in the big class. It should be fun, and I’m definitely looking forward to it.” Bogle won the 250 East Series Supercross championship in 2014 and finished second in the class this year. He sustained a shoulder injury in the season-opening motocross race in Hangtown and has missed the last eight races. “Health-wise I’m banged up a little bit, but I’ll be all right,” Bogle said. “I’m going in with no real expectations. I’m just hoping to put my name up in the mix and do as well as I can. I know if I do that, I’ll be satisfied.” Tomac won the first five motos and the first two races of the season aboard the 450 bike before a crash ended his season. “He had that bike working very well,” Bogle said. “I’m very excited about that; the bike is awesome. I’m just getting set up with the race program to come into the 450 class for my debut. Unadilla has been good to me in the past, so it’s a good one to make my return at, for sure. “I’m going to do my thing and see what happens. Let’s see where I end up after the weekend and we’ll go from there.” |
