Petrov perdere due GP
Dopo il suo risultato top five nel round tedesco del FIM Motocross MX2 World Championship Petar Petrov ha rotto la clavicola mentre si allenava nei Paesi Bassi e salterà i prossimi due GP.
Il giovane bulgaro, l’ultima recluta del Monster Energy Kawasaki Racing Team MX2, ha dimostrato un grande potenziale da quando è entrato nel team all’inizio di questa stagione, finendo solo una volta al di fuori dei top undici della serie. Lavorando sodo con la squadra per trovare le impostazioni migliori per lui, e in attesa di alcuni risultati da podio dopo il round tedesco, Petar è caduto durante una sessione di test e purtroppo ha rotto la clavicola. Immediatamente ha subito un intervento chirurgico dal dottor Claes, e ora è tornato a casa, ma salterà i prossimi GP per tornare ancora più forte in Repubblica Ceca.
Jean Jacques Luisetti, proprietario del team: “Petar ha confermato tutte le nostre aspettative con i suoi risultati, e in Germania, è stato molto forte nella gara di apertura. Lui si allena duramente, e nel corso di una sessione di test, purtroppo, è caduto e si è infortunato. Avrebbe potuto gareggiato in Svezia tra pochi giorni, ma vogliamo farlo recuperare totalmente e essere forte per la fine della serie, così abbiamo deciso che salterà i prossimi due GP e può prendere tempo per tornare di nuovo al 100 % in forma. Vorremmo ringraziare tutti i nostri partner e sponsor, che capiscono la situazione e ci hanno fortemente appoggiato le nostre decisioni. ”

Petrov to miss two GPs
After his top five result in the German round of the FIM MX2 Motocross World Championship Petar Petrov has broken his collarbone while practising in the Netherlands and will miss the next two GPs.
The young Bulgarian, latest recruit of the Monster Energy Kawasaki MX2 Racing Team, has shown great potential since he joined the team earlier this season, finishing only once outside top eleven of the series. Working hard with the team to find the best settings for him, and expecting some podium results after the German round, Petar crashed during a testing session and unfortunately broke his collarbone. He immediately underwent surgery by Doctor Claes, and is now back home but will miss the next GPs to come back even stronger in Czech Republic.
Jean Jacques Luisetti, team owner: “Petar confirmed all our expectations with his results, and in Germany he was really strong in the opening race. He is training hard, and during a testing session he unfortunately crashed and got injured. He could have raced in Sweden in a few days, but we want him to recover totally and be strong for the end of the series, so we’ve decided that he will miss the next two GPs and can take time to come back again 100% fit.
