JUSTIN BOGLE TO MISS RACES WITH INJURY

CORONA, California (20 maggio) -. GEICO Honda Justin Bogle è più determinato che mai, nonostante un infortunio che lo costringerà a perdere la gara a Glen Helen Pro motocross questo fine settimana a Glen Helen Raceway.

Bogle è stato coinvolto in una caduta lo scorso fine settimana nella gara di apertura di motocross a Sacramento, in California. Alcuni controlli hanno determinato che aveva un polmone schiacciato e reni lividi, così come contusioni alla spalla. Ma lui rimane ottimista, spera di tornare sulla sua Honda 250cc il più presto possibile.

“Purtroppo, la vita va solo in questo modo a volte”, Bogle, ha detto. “Le cose accadono, che sono fuori dal nostro controllo. Devi solo continuare a spingere, continuare a tenere duro. Niente altro si può fare. ”

Bogle era in lotta con Jessy Nelson nella seconda manche quando Nelson ha perso il controllo e ha sbattuto contro Bogle, mandando entrambi i piloti fuori pista. Bogle non ha finito la gara.

Bogle, Campione Supercross 2014 della Serie 250 Est, spera di tornare presto, anche se non si sa quando sarà in grado di tornare.

“Bisogna essere cauti con e cercare di capire le cose, ho avuto una risonanza magnetica e ottenuto tutti i controlli questa settimana”, ha detto Bogle. “Ho solo sbattuto, con la spalla sto andando a prendere un paio di settimane. Io non sono esattamente sicuro quanto tempo sarò fuori, ma non è sicuramente una cosa da intervento chirurgico o la stagione finita, così è buono. ”

CORONA, Calif. (May 20) – GEICO Honda racer Justin Bogle is more determined than ever despite an injury that will force him to miss the Glen Helen National Pro Motocross race this weekend at Glen Helen Raceway.

Bogle was involved in a hard crash last weekend in the motocross opener in Sacramento, Calif. Tests determined he had a bruised lung and bruised kidney, as well as re-injuring his shoulder. But he remains upbeat, hoping to return to his Honda 250cc motorcycle as soon as possible.

“Unfortunately, life just goes that way sometimes,” Bogle said. “Things happen that are out of your control. You just have to keep pushing, keep on keeping on. Nothing else you can do.”

Bogle was racing Jessy Nelson in the second moto when Nelson lost control and slammed into Bogle, sending both riders off the track. Bogle did not finish the race.

Bogle, the 2014 Supercross champion in the 250 East Series, hopes to be back soon, though he doesn’t know when he’ll be able to return.

“Being cautious with that and trying to figure things out, I got an MRI and got everything checked out this week,” Bogle said. “It’s just really banged up, and with the shoulder it’s going to take a few weeks. I’m not exactly sure how long I’ll be out, but it’s definitely not a surgery thing or a season-ender, so that’s good.”
