Tyler Bowers per sottoporsi a chirurgia, chiude il 2015

Monster Energy / Pro Circuit Kawasaki Tyler Bowers salterà il resto del 2015 per sottoporsi di nuovo ad un intervento chirurgico per sistemare un problema lombare inferiore, la squadra ha annunciato oggi. Bowers disturbato della questione per tutta la stagione, è stato stabilito durante la pausa 250SX Ovest che l’infortunio avrebbe richiesto un intervento chirurgico.

“E ‘una grande delusione”, ha detto Bowers in un comunicato della squadra. “Amo correre e amo la mia intera squadra Monster Energy / Pro Circuit / Kawasaki, è per questo che rende così difficile sedersi in panchina.”

Bowers salterà le ultime due gare del Monster Energy Supercross-questo fine settimana a Santa Clara e il finale a Las Vegas, così come l’intero Pro Motocross Championship Lucas Oil. Non c’è stato alcun annuncio per quanto riguarda i piani sulla sostituzione con un pilota al suo posto.

Bowers è attualmente quinto nei punti SX Ovest ha avuto tre podi nel suo ritorno al Monster Energy Supercross dopo aver vinto quattro titoli Amsoil Arenacross Championships.

Tyler Bowers to Undergo Back Surgery, Miss of 2015

Monster Energy/Pro Circuit Kawasaki’s Tyler Bowers will miss the remainder of 2015 to undergo back surgery to repair a lower lumbar issue, the team announced today. Bowers has been dealing with the issue all season, but it was determined over the 250SX West Region break that the injury would require surgery.

“It’s a big bummer,” said Bowers in a team statement. “I love racing and love my entire Monster Energy/Pro Circuit/Kawasaki team, which is why it makes it so difficult to force myself to sit on the sidelines.”

Bowers will miss the last two rounds of Monster Energy Supercross—this weekend in Santa Clara and the finale in Las Vegas—as well as the entire Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. There has been no announcement regarding plans to bring on a fill-in rider in his place. Bowers is currently fifth in West Region points and had three podiums in his return to Monster Energy Supercross after winning four-straight Amsoil Arenacross Championships.
