DRUG TEST STEWART VINCE IL RICORSO!

Pochi mesi fa ci arrivò la notizia da una fonte affidabile che James Stewart ricevette un esenzione (TUE Therapeutic Use Exemption) per l’uso di una sostanza risultata positiva al controllo antidoping per il SX di Seattle Supercross nel mese di aprile, il ricorso è stato accettato dall’Agenzia mondiale antidoping, che svolge i controlli anti-doping per Monster Energy AMA Supercross un Campionato del Mondo FIM. Un secondo TUE è stato accettato anche da USADA, che esegue il test anti-doping per il Pro Motocross Championship Lucas Oil. 

I referti dei controlli sono stati approvati e dovrebbero, in teoria, permettere a James Stewart abolire qualsiasi divieto futuro e continuare a correre nel 2015, ma ancora non hanno diramato una data ufficiale WADA, ancora nulla fino alla prossima settimana, così la sua sospensione provvisoria non può essere sollevata fino a quel momento ( potrebbe avere una sorta di pena fino al processo e non avere il TUE in vigore prima della prova di aprile).

Con una TUE approvato in mano dalla WADA, James potrebbe anche essere in grado di correre il Monster Energy Cup questo fine settimana, ma non è ancora certo come la sospensione provvisoria si applica a questa gara, che non fa parte del Monster Energy Supercross Championship FIM, ma l’approvazione TUE potrebbe ribaltarsi a favore di James in questo fine settimana.Restate sintonizzati per di più se eventuali ulteriori dettagli divengono note.

James Stewart’s Therapeutic Use Exemption (TUE) for the substance he tested positive for at the Seattle Supercross in April has been accepted by the World Anti-Doping Agency, which performs the anti-doping controls for Monster Energy AMA Supercross an FIM World Championship. A second TUE has also been accepted by USADA, which performs the anti-doping testing for the Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship. The approved TUEs should conceivably allow James to avoid any future ban and continue to race in 2015, however he doesn’t have an official WADA trial date coming until next week, so his provisional suspension cannot be lifted until then (he might also still face some sort of penalty at the trial due to not having the TUE in place before the April test).

With an approved TUE in hand from WADA, James might also be able to race this weekend’s Monster Energy Cup, but it’s still not certain how the provisional suspension applies to this race, which is not part of the formal Monster Energy Supercross Championship.
