MXoN 2014: Clout sostituisce Ferris nel Team Aussi
La Motorcycling Australia (MA) ha annunciato che a causa dell’infortunio a Ferris nel GP del Brasile il weekend scorso, prenderà il suo posto per rappresentare il Team Australia al prossimo MXoN sul tracciato di Kegum il 27-28 Settembre il rider Luke Clout, attuale Campione Australiano 250cc MX.
Il Team sarà perciò composto da Chad Reed (MX1), Matt Moss (Open) e Luke Clout (Mx2).
“E ‘sempre deludente avere infortuni che colpiscono la squadra, ma siamo fortunati ad avere un forte gruppo di piloti nominati per l’evento di quest’anno e avendo Luke disponibile ad unirsi al team per sostituire Dean è fantastico”, ha detto Luksich. MA augura una pronta guarigione a Ferris. Il circuito di Kegums in Lettonia ospiterà 2014 MXoN il 27-28 settembre.

Motorcycling Australia (MA) has officially confirmed that Serco Yamaha’s Luke Clout will represent Team Australia at this year’s Motocross of Nations (MXoN), filling in for the injured Dean Ferris. Nominated reserve and current Australian 250cc MX champ, Clout, will join Matt Moss (Open) and Chad Reed (MX1) in Latvia to contest the MX2 category.
While the withdrawal of Ferris is unfortunate, Mark Luksich, Chair of the MX/SX Commission, is confident that Clout has more than enough talent to come in to the team.
“It’s always disappointing to have injuries affect the team but we are fortunate to have a strong group of riders that nominated for this year’s event and having Luke available to join the team to replace Dean is terrific,” said Luksich. MA wishes Ferris a speedy recovery. The Kegums circuit in Latvia will play host to the 2014 MXoN on September 27-28.
